IB rank 5 rewards are absolute rubbish
After busting butt all weeek, I ranked up and got a 310 shell (same as last IB) and a 313 bond. Not to mention, rank 3 was a 310 artifact. These rewards are unacceptable for the work required to obtain them. Do better.
Update: I ranked up my Titan to level 5 in about 13 matches. Got a 213 Duty. It is way less of a grind to start on the weekend.

This IB is really the first time ive actually properly given it a go, when I hit rank 5 I got a 320 handcannon a ghost shell at 310 and some motes of light. Since hitting rank 5 nothing decent has dropped and nothing really over 301+ On a side note ive used 3OC and out of bout 20 got two exotic's.

The rewards were bad the last iron banner, so was the one before that, and the one before that..you seeing a pattern here ?

My Rank 5 Packages from past IB, have been. A 311 warlock class item, which from SRL, I managed to get it to 319. I also got a 314 machine gun. This current IB, I got a 312 sidearm, and a 315 auto rifle.

Got a 313 haakans hatchet and 316 boots for my hunter.

I thought they were pretty decent, i received (3) 320 Colovance's Duties. Suffice to say i was pretty happy.

I will keep playing for IB if I can get more rockets or snipers drop after winning. If not then which is better that I buy weapons, rockets or sniper rifle?

Easy fix: the rank 5 package reward item drops at 315-320 instead of 310-320. WAAAAY too much <315 stuff dropping from that package. I got a 313 sidearm.

Got a 310 Dis/Str Ghost and a crappy 310 Ironwreath. Shaxx's weekly bounty gave me a 292 Ghost. Gonna take a little break.

310 Haakon's Hatchet on Titan 316 Colovance's Duty on Warlock Couldn't finish Hunter in time And while I'll say I may have at least picked up weapons instead of class/ghost pieces.. the rolls are absolute crap and I should've worked on Trials this week

Agree. I'm not asking for Bungie to hand out 320s like candy (or chocolate hehe). But at least have an algorithm that takes into account people's highest light level and give drops according to the minimum bracket. IE: 310+guardians guarantee 310+ drops. 315+ guardians guarantee 315+ drops. Honestly, I love this game and I will still be playing. I also don't feel the absolute need to be 320 (although it would be nice), because it doesn't make much of a difference. But at least give the players some sense of progression.
