Year one solo players don't waste your time trying to reach 320.
Unless of course you have no job. Or don't need to eat. Or go the bathroom...
You just might have time to pray that you get lucky and wake up one day to a miraculously leveled 320.
But if you want to earN 320... Take a month of vacation. Don't eat. Don't sleep. Install a toilet next to your game. And start with a 310 character. Then you might... Just might, get end game level after a month.
Bungie knew they weren't releasing DLC'S this year so they literally designed a game you couldn't win.
I have been playing this game since 2014. I have never seen game more manipulated for profit, than Destiny. I feel so sorry for the original designers.

Lmao I'm from Alpha and I didn't play for just over a year after hitting 29 after launch XD I'm just happy to be 301 now..... Even if the damn Hive Knights still slice me in half on a bad day

I mean, Imy hunter is a 317, Titan 316, and my warlock is a 312 without doing the raid. so I'm pretty satisfied with that

I'm not overly concerned about hitting 320. I'm only missing the ghost and if I really wanted it that badly I could have played Crimson Days for it. But at the time I was more interested in chasing zombies with a dune buggy. Destiny is pretty much on break for me until new content drops. I do the raid once a week with my regular team just because they are fun people to play with but I have no interest in the game beyond that at the moment.

Your post had the right idea with poor reasoning. This content update coming this Spring is going to have an increased light level. Unless you are hell bent on being max for it for some reason now..I suggest being happy where you are while just waiting for the increase. Not only will it give a reason to keep playing ,but 320 will be irrelevant once that comes anyway. Everyone will be striving to max their light all over again. You being 320 will be irrelevant within days.

I'm mostly a casual player. I only have around 600 hours in this game. I only beat oryx on hard 2 times. I'm also 318, 314, and 311. I'm pretty satisfied with myself. Also, 320 isn't the [b]goal[/b] it's just the max. The real "goal" is just reaching 310. After that you can do anything in game.

6 AntwortenBearbeitet von cellar dweller: 2/26/2016 6:52:14 PMi work 12-14 hours a day and go to kung-fu/tai-chi 5 days a week after. ive been playing since the beta and i am 1 class item and 1 pair of boots away from having all 3 at 320 and i've been at 320 for a long time. i haven't had much to do since pvp is too laggy and screwed up to play, so i just help people on LFG through raids and nightfalls until some new dlc comes out, and i get a ton of 320 stuff from the raids. i only got a 320 primary from trials the first time i went to the lighthouse on each character, each time after that it got progressively worse until i finally got a 311 adept water star the last time so i dont bother doing trials anymore and iron banner never gave me anything worth the aggravation of the ridiculous lag. pve is much less stressful and gives better prizes, i missed a bunch of weeks doing the raid also but the challenge mode raid bosses are usually the best rewards for lower players

4 Antworten320-319-319 I lack 2 ghosts, 1 pair of gloves and a class Item. I work anywere from 36-45 hours a week other than christmas where it's more, I have a great relationship with my girlfriend, my own Morgage and car, even a large sledge dog to look after.... its not hard really and I'm not even a great player just do hard mode tuesday after resets, anything else is a bonus.

just started a fresh hunter after using triple warlocks since day 1 this is going to be a grind for the next week or so until i hit lvl 40 then straight to around 280 or so then it will be more grind for hunter gear.

2 AntwortenI bought the game a couple months ago and my titan is almost at 300. Could be more if I tried since I used some 300 equipment to infuse my favorite ones. Does progression slow to a hslt after you hit 310 or what?

I do all 3, and have 2 320 and a 319 soon to be 320 also if I get a gauntlet from the Golgorth challenge. BTW you started playing Feb 2015 during HoW which was a cake walk to max out. literally maxed 34 the first week lol. transitioning to TTK, yea I could see why this is a problem for you.

What you're saying now was no different from vanilla to TDB, TDB to HoW, HoW to TTK and now TTK to the new DLC. I don't agree with your post but respect you're entitled to your opinion. I think the majority would agree that grinding to max level during each DLC was having that reward of accomplishment. It also helped make the game last longer. I see a fair few posts moaning about grinding to max level but the funny thing is that if Bungie changed things and made getting to max level really easy they will complain that it was too easy and now have nothing to do. Getting max level in TDB and HoW was too easy, Vanilla and TTK are much better for the grinding aspect.

In vanilla the difference between 29 and 30 was huge. The difference between 315 and 320 is not that big in TTK. I have 319 raid gear characters and am working on my faction gear. Why because it looks good. I play destiny at night because I can't sleep and enjoy shooting Aliens. Destiny is the best FPS I have ever played. No other game pvp or pve matches it. I take breaks and play other games. But so far I always come back. The other games do not hold my interest.

I've got one 320 and two 319's. I'm content now, so just play for fun. If a useful 320 finds its way to me, so be it. But I'm not going to kill myself chasing after unicorns and fairies.
