Year one solo players don't waste your time trying to reach 320.
Unless of course you have no job. Or don't need to eat. Or go the bathroom...
You just might have time to pray that you get lucky and wake up one day to a miraculously leveled 320.
But if you want to earN 320... Take a month of vacation. Don't eat. Don't sleep. Install a toilet next to your game. And start with a 310 character. Then you might... Just might, get end game level after a month.
Bungie knew they weren't releasing DLC'S this year so they literally designed a game you couldn't win.
I have been playing this game since 2014. I have never seen game more manipulated for profit, than Destiny. I feel so sorry for the original designers.

1 AntwortenMy fireteam moved to ps4 when TTK dropped, so all my solo efforts have gotten my Titan to 312, Warlock 307 and Hunter 305 and absolutely zero f#cks given about getting to 320.... ;)

1 AntwortenI just do my 3 raids (or only challenges) once a week to try to get stuff. That does not take me time, even with randoms it's not hard. I have now 2 320, and my last is 319, I need a 320 ghost and a 320 gauntlet. And after that I'll try to get all intellect/discipline or to infuse my pvp stuff to 320 ^^

5 AntwortenHad a 320 titan for well over 3 months now. Managed it while it still carried some bragging rights. The novelty wore off fairly quickly though.

Raid, weekly, nightfall. Rinse and repeat and hope RNGeezus is with u. I'm a day 1 and have my highest guardian(warlock) at a 314. They made this game for a grind and I really don't mind. Realistically I don't play 7 days a week but that's why I still play. I still need to get weapons and armor. If u wanted a quickie, your at the wrong place bub

The way they released those DLC, and dealt with feedback in Y1......... Bungie realized somewhere along the line that they were losing players and fans, but way too late to save Destiny.

with a decent group you can finish all your raids in a few hours. thats pretty much all the loot you can get each week to progress. don't think its that much of a grind really. now... if you want to get every exotic, and the best pve and pvp specific weapon rolls on your legendaries, that's a different story

2 AntwortenWow, just wow. Lol. I only got my PS4 for Christmas. All my characters are 315+ when I equip my weapons (currently shared between characters). My Warlock is 318. I play around 3 to 4 hours a day at most. Join a group....... and stop moaning. You have 1 KF completion...

7 AntwortenYou really don't *need* to be 320 to complete end game content. It's there for completionists and for those who enjoy the grind. 315+ will get you into pretty much any raid party and keep you competitive in Iron Banner. It's easier now then it ever was to reach max level thanks to challenges and SRL, if I could only get that damn 320 helmet to drop!

There's no point in 320 when they are going to raise the level cap soon. Why waste time getting a number you'll hold on to for 2-3 months tops.

When I learned about the Hard Mode loot, I stopped caring. Gonna need more than differently colored weapons and armor to make me care.

I'm 303 at best on 1 character. Will only get higher with pure luck, nothing more, no effort put in to the grind.

1 AntwortenIt doesn't take much to get to 320. The challenge modes offer a 320 item for every slot other than ghosts and class items so if you raid often you likely already have at least a single character there.

I'll hit 320 when I hit 320. But for now I'm content with maxing out at 314 on my Titan and 312 with usable gear/weapons.
