Iron banner isnt really worth it
I've been playing destiny since the beta and i truly love this game. But rewards in crucible have just been awful. The loot for iron banner this week is just the definition of trash. Who really wants a year 2 prydeths revenge? Not to mention the rocket just a down graded radegasts. The packages are also a waste of time 310 artifact and 310 ghost shell pls the only good thing is a [u]possiblity[/u] of getting another piece of iron banner gear higher then 310. I will not play the iron banner do to these mediocre rewards.

Depends on the game mode. This week was definitely not worth it.

Bearbeitet von Warpriest8315: 2/29/2016 8:20:24 AMEh...three snipers(can't snipe for shxt), gauntlets at 307(fed 'em to Ruin Wings), and upon reaching rank five, I got a 310 ghost and a 313 mark. Not the best, not the worst. A lot of matches where I was the only player to not receive any kind of reward, though.

I dunno. Got a 318 shotgun which I immediately infused into my split shifter. I'm fairly happy. I actually had fun this time and glad I didn't wait and try and grind on the last day.

Bearbeitet von More Cowbell: 2/29/2016 8:06:26 AMMy drops so far have been the year two ship, a 319 Nirwen's with headseeker and perfect balance and a 320 Ashraven's with hidden hand, braced frame and life support. Worth it for me. Last IB my first 320 ghost dropped. 42 complete KF hard mode clears and still zero 320 ghosts. Thanks IB.

If you pretty much play PvE and do raids etc then you probably won't get much out of it at this stage, however if you're mainly a PvP player, you'd probably be playing it anyway so you might as well chance your arm at some decent loot in the process. I also took care of my Shaxx bounties this week while playing IB which yielded a 310 exotic. Also using 3oC I've got another 4-5 310 exotics. Finally that Rocket launcher doesn't have a bad roll. Tripod and tracking? It's effectively a legendary truth which a lot of people will like for the heavy ammo rounds in trials.

My Rocket launcher has Tripod, grenades and horseshoes and heavy payload. I'll happily take that. As for the sniper it's fun to use in normal crucible modes and is a change from my 1000 yard stare. Actually like it because it can't one shot head shot some supers so makes it more challenging killing guardians in their supers.

My r5 rewards 313 chest 311 IB scout (garbage perks) 316 class item( i needed to make hunter 318)

It was fun playing with friends.. I got shit on my rank 5's.. Didn't get those legs man! Still only 314! I guess I'm still gonna be chasing the dragon into the Golgy challenge next week

I had better luck on Warpriest Challenge. I got a 320 harrowed qullims terminus and 320 Harrowed Elulim's Fury. Then again, I'm still rank 4, was sick part of the week

Its all perspective. Ive had a weekend of fun with 5 buddys. Knocked out all 3 characters rank 5 packages. Had a blast doing it, had a good laugh in party chat etc. The rewards are always lacklustre, thats why they should be of no concern. Just play for fun and for teamwork. Clash is awesome with friends. Ib solo isnt so good.

My best rewards were 315 and 319 ghosts. Both were end of match RNG. Both times, I had the lowest score on the team. RNG is a terrible reward system.

Your crazy... My rank 5 package had a 310 ghost!!!! I took a 316 ghost into IB however I received a 310 ghost so I will shut the hell up and dismantle it and move on nothing to see here folks. Oh yeah a 320 MG that I will infuse into something else for the hell of it.
