They say it's going to be as big as ttk and all I read is as expensive as ttk will you be purchasing it with that price tag?
English
#Destiny

I'd get it with a five finger discount
-
Of course

I have no issue buying dlcs. Just when the previous dlcs I've purchased are now useless that bothers me. Instead of year one and two crap just keep adding to the game. Imagine if we had 3 raids and poe and all the content on ttk. The game would be huge

Destiny has given me hundreds of hours of enjoyment over the years. Sure, things are in a rough spot now. I just got back on my warlock a few days ago to do some Gunsmith bounties, and I was reminded of why I enjoy the game. Taking out a take spot on Venus with some other random guardians and dancing for a sec when it was over. So if it looks good as they reveal the new DLC, then I will buy it. I have no problem supporting what I enjoy and what I want to see continuing for a long time. It's not for everyone, and that's OK.

2 AntwortenBearbeitet von NinjaMatic: 2/22/2016 3:37:13 PMI'm not pre purchasing, I'll wait until I hear if it's what I'm looking for out of Destiny. Destiny has been veering away from what I thought it was going to be. I guess we'll see. If it's 40$ for another 4 hours of new PvE story line that only skims the surface of all the potential lore they could delve into then I might pass. I'm not saying that PvP players aren't important, you guys deserve attention as well, but if Destiny continues to rely heavily on its PvP and non matchmade end game for long term replayability then my attention will continue to drift. I'm happy to grind, but I'm not happy about 3rd party lfg. If Destiny is going to keep my patronage then I need to see more story than they've been includung and more accessible co-op endgame. The addition of a new writer to the team is interesting, but that's another case of "time will tell". It would seem to me that it's a bit late in the development cycle to be working on the story for the uocoming DLC or game that are launching over the course of the next 12 or so months. I realise that I'm making some assumptions about D2's time frame when I imply that it will drop in early 2017. I'm hoping for the best, but am keeping my guard up. As entertaining as TTK was, the story was still pretty shallow. Cayde was GREAT. Nathan Fillion is a pleasure to listen to, but at the end of the day we still know virtually nothing about the traveller, the speaker, Rasputin, the Fallen, the Exos, the Awoken, the Cabal, the 9, any of the Vanguard, the Exo stranger, and the darkness. We've learned about the hive, but there's still so much area to be filled out. Sure there are grimwar cards, but the game itself should be the vehicle for the story. But here I go ranting again. We've all hashed this out a million times. We've all got our opinions, and Bungie says they are listening. I guess we just wait and see who has screamed the loudest. TL:DR Gonna wait and see who Bungie paid attention to when they said "we're listening". $40 is too much for another 4 hours of thin story, PvP I don't care for, and raids I can't access without using a 3rd party service.

2 AntwortenWow read much?? They said no more paid DLC this year if they betray that we pick up pitchforks
-
I will by 3- one for each character.
-
Hell no lmfao it should be free.
-
Its still cheaper than a monthly subscription and way more fun than many, if not all, of the other games that do require a subscription. I have spent around $240 on the game and all dlc between 360 and Xbox one and with the amount of hours I have into Destiny I can easily say it was worth every penny.

Bearbeitet von Solid Snake3324: 2/22/2016 5:13:07 PMIt's gonna be 40 or maybe 10 bucks more cause the last time they said a BIG EXPANSION was TTK In fact the sources suggest it could be bigger than TTK after all it's the last expansion tied to this game. Its funny how they want to milk us & then from March 2017 hype for destiny 2 60 bucks game begin again...I used to play this hardcore bruh but now that much came back after 3 months today not gonna even bother to complete hard TTK raid cause in the next few weeks will be getting 320 blue engram XD significant increased light level 340 or 350 light here I come XD

My credit card is ready to go. "Just say when.."(in the voice of Doc Holiday)

3 AntwortenI paid for the collectors edition which was 60 bucks for returning players and I had no problem for that, if I have to pay again, I again won't have a problem. Countless hours go in to developing this game, the least your whiners could do is pay. Nothing is free, so quit bitching when you get charged for more content (more game) because it doesn't even make sense.
-
They said that there would be no more DLC's that you pay for
-
2 Antworten$20, no higher
-
1 AntwortenI can't believe people still defend Bungo.
-
2 AntwortenAre you sure they said as big as TTK? I thought they said it would be the biggest content add on since TTK released. Hmm. Even if it is a TTK size release I doubt it would be 40$. Bungie knows the current state of the game and the current attitude of the player base. I think the community would have a riot if it was 40$.
-
2 AntwortenTTK made as much obsolete as it introduced..... It gave us 3/4 strikes and a raid yet made just as many strikes and twice as many Raids redundant. It's a ploy to get people to buy, if you don't buy the DLC, you're locked out of elements of the base game you originally had access too....
-
It'll be 40 but they'll offer a collectors edition with new shaders emotes sparrows and exclusive gear with it for 60... Again or the 20 addon to the digital cus it worked for the TK so why wouldn't they

3 AntwortenThey can suck my dick

$40 for a DLC the size of TTK hell yeah. I'm stiill enjoying the TTK and got my money's worth

-
$20, yes.

2 AntwortenOP is lettuce

1 Antworten$40 would be a disastrous price for the "larger expansion" coming later this year. Because Destiny 2 will hit the big reset button, of course I'd put that $40 toward Destiny 2!
