I'm for choice, and separating pve from pvp, along with the weapons and armor.

Alright. I can understand that perspective. However, Bungie did talk a lot about how you can take your same guardian from questing to crucible with all his stuff and abilities staying the same well before the game was released. And it's not like there are very many particular quests that have you doing both pve and pvp. Those really are the exceptions. I think people should accept that they don't need to finish all quests or get all the loot, especially if some items are tied to activities they aren't interested in. Consider the large portion of the player population that doesn't raid at all and the gear they're missing out on. Or conversely, the people that will never get to the lighthouse because they don't play Trials even if they play other pvp modes. That does seem like choice to [i]me[/i].
