Omg, shut the hell up about Sunsinger.
The subclass literally revolves around the grenades, take that away and you have nothing. Stop whining nerf twenty four seven and be productive on some evasive maneuvers. It's not that hard to counter the damn thing.

They should just put viking funeral and touch of flame in the same tree and make it so you can avoid firebolts by double jumping.

32 AntwortenThis is an issue because of the 3v3 and doubles playlists not starting with special...the firebolt grenades make people move when they are trying to camp until special spawns....complaining that sunsingers are OP is just a front for all the players who can't use a primary.

Most of the top PVP guys don't even use a 2 grenade build. The use Voidfang vestments (which is pretty LOL to me to begin with) and viking funeral + touch of flame. You don't wear that chest and use those perks if your plan is to utilize grenades during the super. Now when you use the above mentioned perks and gear with a sunsinger your goal is to stop enemies from activating health regen and drop them fast with a quick primary (likely TLW or high RoF pulse/auto). Again, I don't think sunsingers are OP - but your defense is god awful.

The real problem is that the arcbolt grenades are plain broken. They NEVER track and hit someone.

I never understand the nerfing. Anyone can play any character, so if you think a certain character is OP, then be that character.

"Firebolt Grenades are broken!" Lightning grenades do the same damage as a full burn Firebolt in just ONE tick. They tick multiple times. "Warlock melee range along with overshield on hit!" Front-Stab, Shoulder Charge, Throwing Knife + Burn, Smoke Grenade all are more insane and have longer range than warlock melee. Shoulder Charge isn't even a Melee Ability! "Self Rez!" Shotgun + Melee Fusion Rifle + Melee Sniper Headshot (+ Melee in rare cases) Grenade + Melee Super Before you say "Every other super can be shut down as easily," guess what? All of the above tactics can be completed before his Self-Revive Animation finishes Smoke + Grenade combo is better than firebolt. Skip grenade is better than firebolt because of the better tracking than Axion and equal damage to a firebolt nade. Lightning Grenade is easily the best grenade in PvP especially since the Titan can have two with increased ticks! Suppression ends both the warlocks super and grenade for a while. Just a smoke grenade placed correctly can shut down the warlock for a few seconds as they fight to escape the slowing + blinding + damage. Firebolt without both Touch of Flame and Viking Funeral is easily the worst grenade in Destiny, doing less than the damage of arc bolt without faster bolting and no chaining. Also, just for Firebolt to be as "OP" as you have stated, the warlock has to sacrifice every single build perk just for the grenade and they don't even get to hold two of them.

I mean it's not like the super crispy grenades aren't broken... And if someone has low armor, you're melee with viking funeral one hits. A titan atleast has to get a running start. And a hunter has to hit your.... somehow stabs your head, and procks back-stab? uh?
