For people whom havent read the update: everyone who competes in 7 CD matches is guaranteed a 320 Ghost shell from the postmaster once the event is complete.

So basically doing 7 on each only gives 1 ghost period? Would prefer 320 for each char who does 7 matches but one better one.

25 AntwortenActually I feel like its a kick in the teeth. So people who suck at playing, don't run hard mode raids, hard challenges, get rank 5 IB get the same rewards as people like me?? Total BS I have did more than my fair share to earn it with 70+ hard raids, lvl 5 IB all 3 characters each time it comes out, and suffered through the trials lag + cheaters to NOT get one??????? To me and maybe it's just me this sucks shit. I have more than earned one but still never got one from any grinding. Now kids who play some stupid mini trials get one? I run the Relic, gaze and every possible thing you can do on hard raids but NO ghost. Unbelievable!!

Yes ffs thank you. When bungie makes a good decision like this the should be commended. However, the Crimson doubles ghost drop rate should be an embarrassment for bungie. I am tired of them feigning surprise at their screw ups. They made this game. If something is jacked up, I am tired of them pretending to be surprised. They either do not test, or they made a bad decision that they are to much of a coward to admit to.

You do not earn much in this game, as it's loot system is based off of RNG. The Ghost in CD is earned because of the requirements you must do to get it

thank you Bungie. I have been REALLY vocal and salty about this event. I still say you should have added matchmaking. But... your quick response to the drop rate issue does give me a bit of hope that you are listening. Thank you, sincerely.

Yes, thanks Bungie. Crimson Doubles made me feel incredibly guilty. My doubles partner & I put in over 20hrs on Tues & Wed's. We completed the quest & all the bounties on all three of our characters & we had a great time. We ran into a few tea bagging douche nozzles & took great pleasure in giving them a taste of their own sweaty, hairy medicine (our motto is "Bag not lest ye be bagged") & we also met some great players who were really good sports & surprisingly respectful. My partners router crapped out on him at the beginning of one match but I stayed in & saw it through to the end. Somehow I even managed to win one round much to my own disbelief. They still took me to the cleaners but after they won their 5th round they stood over me, aimed down sights & bowed. I found that really touching & made a point of doing likewise in similar situations as a show of respect. Anyway, over the course of 20+ hours of nothing but Crimson Doubles matches & the odd break for a chat or a pee break, I managed to get three of the event ghost shells. The highest of which dropped at 316, the lowest at 300. My partner however, who had played just as many matches as I had, didn't get a single one. It felt as though RNGesus was smiling on me while simultaneously defecating on my partner. As happy as I am that I'll be getting a 320 ghost shell when the event ends I'm much happier that my partner will get one at a higher light than any of the shells that dropped for me.

Whoops we made it to hard can we fix it nope so let's give them one free one to shut them up and hopefully they will keep playing I continually play because I think I have a chance after 70 matches this comes out and let's me know my chances are slim to none to get anything yep thanks for taking the hope of getting one away!
