year 2 players pretend to be year 1 players?
Every raid I check grimoires, I never say anything but I can definitely tell a year one player from a year two one. Either way I always like to say something about the old raids like "remember the good old days when you needed heavy ammo and you'd pull out the ice breaker and empty your ammo"
And I'm always answered with a reluctant "oh yeah good times" or something along those lines xD it makes me laugh.
Anyways have you guys found a lot of year 2 players lying about things?
What's some funny things year 2 players have said to you?
Edit: there's a couple people getting salty, I didn't mean it as an insult I just think it's funny that people lie about being year 1 is all. If you're good you're good that's all there is to it.

I sent him a forty page message explaining to him that for the longest time all we had was wave and that it's only meant for year ones. Don't wave if you are year two so help me. Just do jazz hands or something if you must convey a greeting.

Bought the game in day one. Played it only when HoW came out. Got thorn and bad juju bounty. Completed only juju's one. Used to play only in weekends. Switched to ps4. Couldn't transfer my account because of my name. Started all over again. :(

So many quotes to signify year one players.... Forever 29, helmets never drop, I want the vex, F you cryptarch!!! I need xur to come for heavy, gally only please, FB or VoC are beast as hell-if you had them you said this in your head after every wave you annihilated, damn noobs don't need to run to the cave after every purple drop! The list goes on... And on... Other simple things knowing how good a gun slinger was for shooting relics, or how good VoC was for them, how to use the shield like a boss, how bad yellow minotaurs sucked!! Etc
