My parents think I'm too thin so they won't let me participate in Track and Field. Is that wrong, or are they right?

1 AntwortenYour parents are right. Don't participate in after school activities, just F off on destiny forums and do drugs. Thanks mom.

2 AntwortenTotally fine, I'd stay away from strength sports though as your at a disadvantage. No harm in them though!

4 AntwortenBearbeitet von Wells: 2/10/2016 2:24:15 AMI was 5'5, 130 and was a starting corner on the football team before packing on some muscle.. Most likely they're just tellin you no because they don't want to deal with it. Doesn't really matter why they say no, the result is the same. Track is really the sport that size matters least. See what sport they think you should be allowed to play. Wrestling has weight divisions, so it doesn't matter what size you are.

Too skinny to do track? That doesn't make any sense at all. At your age, I was 5'10" 130, couldn't put any weight on, but played a few sports.

Pretty good weight to me I'm 5'9 and 150 pounds so your good

Bearbeitet von switches: 2/10/2016 2:27:11 AMI'm 5,4, 16 and 110 pounds, played JV football and I was a starting corner at the first half of the season then got hurt, your parents need to rethink

2 AntwortenI weighed 125 until I was 20. Am now 215 at about 11% body fat (started bodybuilding) That huge growth was just late blossoming.

Tell your parents to let you do something you will enjoy. Your young and supposed have fun. It should not come down to weight that restricts you, in fact nothing should. Except legal reason.
-
That's just how you were built. When I was fourteen I was 5'6" and pretty muscular, so I played football. If you are 5'5" and thin I don't see why that weight would be bad if doing track and field.

1 AntwortenYou're parents are wrong. 120 is just fine for your height and age. And you're a good weight for track.
