What consle should I get the division for?
Which one? I know Xbox has early stuff, but I hear it runs smoother on ps4?

Whichever you have more friends on. I guarantee you if you have fewer friends on the console that you choose then the game will get old fast. It's a good game solo but will probably lack content for solo players. If you have at least one friend playing with you for 25% of your game time then it'll be infinitely more fun and exciting.

There's no notable difference from the PS4 to the X1 beta as i can tell. You get your content updates earlier on X1, but i would choose on which consoles your buddies are on.
