Do people offer ToO carries WITHOUT...
Having to watch Twitch TV for hours at a chance at a raffle?
I'm a decent player. I don't need the carry, but I'm not good enough to do so. There are SO many people that want to see the Lighthouse, I just figured there would be a lot more willing to help.
90% of you that Twitch stream and use Trials at a chance for viewers, will not make money from it. Honestly.
Either stop begging people to watch you, or stop offering to help carry. It's pretty annoying.
Edit: I'm not referring to myself wanting the carry. I can pull my own weight just fine. I'm talking about those who can't. Who don't have time to watch a stream JUST for a chance at a carry.
Also, I'm not hating on Twitch in general. I enjoy watching gamers stream just to learn from them. It's cool if you want to stream, just don't get people begging for viewers by carrying them to the Lighthouse.

Honestly the streamers are just a crock of shit. You sit around waiting for a chance at it. There is no Guarantee they can actually get there. I found some guys on the forums who helped me out greatly when TTK was released. Learning from experienced players is better than a simple carry, imo.

The Lighthouse is lame. It should have been a new social space this year. Another reason to forget about getting more content. It was all they ever planned on releasing. Our choices are not our own.

3 Antwortenthere's a guy on twitch, his username is Thee_Stoked, and he does carries all weekend if you're questioning his validity, he's taken on Luckyy and Buttwipe multiple times and won every single one he's also played all of the people in the top ten in the world based on ELO and won not to mention he runs Telesto and NLB sometimes and wipes teams in my entire 3-ish months of watching him I've seen him fail a carry maybe three times, out of hundreds I highly recommend watching him, first come is first put on a list, and since he doesn't have a ton of viewers, you're normally fifth or six, although donators get priority, even if it's only one or two dollars

I drag along my friends to the lighthouse all the time and help their friends on occasion. People who do it on twitch for views are just trying to imitate some of the bigger streamers. RealKraftyy being a prime example (I know, hea not the only one), except he use to do it on a first come first serve basis and now he raffles every few runs to ensure people who came late have atleast somewhat of a chance. Though these people generally are some of the better players around in the game than some of the guys you can find on LFG. Most of the LFG people with decent stats want similiar stats, so if you're around average it would be very rare to have a guy with a 1.7+ there to willingly help.

You have to understand. The people that run raffles are usually the best. The reason they have to run the raffle is because everyone wants a guaranteed lighthouse run. From an outsiders perspective, you wait for a guaranteed run, or you don't wait and have a smaller chance at a lighthouse run. Life is a trade off.

How about this. Why don't you acquire a "skill" that other people really want. Then go do it for free every day, of every weekend, for 100s of people. Let me know how far you get before you want to kill yourself.
