So I have all these iron banner scout rifles that I don't know what is good and bad rolls
Throughout iron banner I acquired 4 different colovance's duty scout rifles, they all have interesting rolls overall and I need help to decide whether it's good or bad so thanks for the assistance in advance! So please vote on your favorite or most useful roll

Only one I kept has Crowd control Perfect balance Feather mag Small bore Outlaw

Level the 2 winners up and see how you like them I only had one drop (i also played only as much garbage ass rift as i had to) But it dropped with Crowd Control Perfect balance/rifled barrel/injection mold Third Eye And that is pretty much as perfect as it gets for me for a pvp scout I have a not like the others with crowd control and firefly that is just nonsense in pve so that's pretty much my go to for pve already

As far as PvE is concerned, Hung Jury vendor rolled is about as good as it gets; and I would suggest filling your legendary primary slot with that for PvE. However, PvP is fair game as far as legendary scout rifles are concerned.
