As far as I know, the only way to get those Year 1 MK.44 Stand Asides (as well as other Year 1 Exotic Boots), is to obtain it from the Queen's Treasure Chest in Prison of Elders (requires Treasure Key - that you can obtain by completing a Bounty from Petra Venj @ Reef) and any Year 1 Raids that would normally give exotics (Exotic Chests & Bosses). It won't be easy, so good luck!
