Touch of malice
I have went to calcified fragments tracker and it said i have 45 fragments and ive completed the raid. Still no Touch of Malice. Whats the deal?

You have to have 45 frags on one toon. And you have to follow the quest chain from Eris morn, or whatever her name is, I can't remember it off the top of my head.
