Thoughts on weekly update?
I thought they were pretty informative. Opinions?

So for updates I don't know if Bungie even read the Community but I've been playing fps shooters for sometime and I only played this game for almost 2months got 6extoic weapon and armor. & two class hunter/titan at lvl40 solo almost all of it. so I just going to say this this game need way more stuff need to be harder badly. MMorpgs are way more harder and more stuff to do but its a point that hear two things one add custom games for 1v1 etc or friends to play other friends. custom skin to buy there's always people for this. add more modes where pvp is the only choice besides raids and strikes like mission competition in a pve state so more like racing with kills. better way to get new and old gear better ways to custom them. If not your wasting peoples time more locations to go to events. So people feel like the game theres always something happening somewhere they want to be and can't cause there needs to make happening. add ranking system destinytracker I don't know if its own by bungie but stuff like that need to be add all into one app to make it easier. make sure to update your app cause it lags. have a voting system for maps, players to kick, etc.. its not hard I see this in a game like Killing Floor 1&2 for god sakes they didn't have as much people work on one game as Bungie they had like 5 or less people they keep the Community happy and coming back for more another thing add custom emblems ranks for clans (maybe same CLAN VS.CLAN) can be said I can't make this easier.

2 AntwortenRead the update. Saw the header pic. At the bottom of the article, the question was asked, why is the Vienna stinger featured in the header pic? The answer was that it's now going to be more accessible through the black spindle side quest. Here's the real question though. Not only is the Vienna stinger pictured with the Agonarch Carve directly behind it, but trailing the carve was..... Wait for it...... THE FATAL VISION. You know, the ship that's supposed to be rewarded for completing the taken king quest? The ship that, to my knowledge, hasn't been rewarded to ANYONE!! So maybe it's about time bungie fixes that one? Everywhere I read about this ship the conversation turns up cold. Nobody has revealed how to acquire it. Is it bugged? Or is there some secret to obtaining it that accompanies Bungie's vague description of acquisition to leave us all in a mislead trail of dust? One trial worth mentioning, during the time Regicide was the daily, a buddy and myself used a series of jumps and swords to get to the door before oryx without progressing through the mission. Along our path to get there, we were met with level 41 enemies throughout the court of oryx hallways and at oryx's door were met with level 41 taken enemies. Could there be something to this? If bungie decides to remain tight lipped about this ships acquisition, I turn to the community. Has anyone else found interesting tidbits in their search for this seemingly inaccessible ship?

I love the changes all around, will just have to see the outcome of the changes unfold. In my opinion, the change to special ammo isn't as bad as people make it out to be. Don't know if people know this but their are special ammo replenishing perks out their that aren't Invective or Ice Breaker. I feel that those will be staple perks.

Doesn't the Vienna singer only drop when you do the mission for the first time with each character? What if we have already don't it on each?

One step at a time here. I feel like their is a bigger community for the Pvp side of things here that's why their focusing on Pvp . Yes I'm also about the pve here and the Pvp somewhat. But if they were to release some Pve news would it have to cost us to play that Portion of destiny?

3 AntwortenI love the fact we are now starting with no special. It encourages more people to really go for special drops and fight for the ammo. I'm sure people will get salty because this hurts snipers and shotguns, but it'll incentivize the use of sidearms. I love it.

Drop at same or higher light levels than I am at. Is it really all that difficult? For crying out loud, it's not like they aren't getting slapped in the face with it on an hourly basis here, on Twitter, and on Reddit.

Every week I get excited to read the update with hopes that it'll share something exciting. Every week I'm disappointed. Then I rinse and repeat. Honestly, the only thing I care about at this point is hearing more info about long term plans. Here's my ideal weekly update: "Hey guys, we know you've seen articles about Destiny 2 being delayed before it being officially announced. Those are [True/False]. We don't have a release day yet, but expect to see an announcement at E3 about [TTK DLC 2.0/Destiny 2]. We know you want to hear about those exotics that we've been withholding. Here's what happened [...]. We fixed it now, and we plan to release a new exotic questline once every 2 weeks starting at the next reset."

Better. Glad that they are fixing the drop rate on the spindle ship and the ogres on Oryx. And some pvp stuff if you like that sorta thing.

Much better. And my desires for special ammo has been granted. Finally we will see a reduction of special ammo. If you don't know what I mean, I made a post about it long ago even quoting bungie themselves who wanted to make special ammo precious. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/182264454/0/0

2 AntwortenCommunication wise they are heading in the right direction. There is less spin and more authenticity coming from them. The lack of an update on PVE content, or future DLC material is becoming more problematic though. We are coming up on 4-5 months since TTK and everyone expected some announcement in Jan. If we don't hear something (either vague or specific) before the end of Feb then expect the recent good will to vanish.

6 AntwortenI like what I read in the update. I just think that it's comical that they said teleporting ogres was our fault for bad internet and now they finally admit that it is actually a bug. We already knew this. Some sort of "our bad" would have been appreciated.

1 AntwortenBest update so far this year but still very disappointed that once again 95% was PVP related. Since I am a PVE player and don't care about PVP I will continue to be disappointed until they give us something. Anything really at this point.
