Buff throwing knives.

I love using throwing knives but realize how OP it could be considering you can have 2 at a time and have a perk that allows for you to instantly get a precision hit back Take away the precision perk and I'd be cool with it. Or hell, even give an exotic arm piece that gives you the "strength" to one shot kill and maybe throw in the double up perk so it would feel more worthwhile to use it

Lol, no. I'm a hunter and fairly good with one shot follow up throwing knife combo and that'd be OP with that perk that kives you your knife back.

Too easy, I get throwing knife headshots a lot, just a few bullets to weaken them and a throwing knife to finish. I'd say keep it the same.
