What's the point of that? You ask for people with experience. Yet you never give them
A chance to learn. Is it that really necessary?
And then to add on you make all these Req for trials yet your KD isn't even above a .90. And while I'll admit I'm not that good at crucible I still manage to keep a overall good KD when I Try. But others never give you the chance to show them!

For raids I use 315+ requirements or emblem to prove you are experienced. For trials I never post kd requirements than mine, as finding 2 randoms with similar skill as me is almost always a flawless run. You know man some of us just don't have enough time to carry scrubs.

Listen here Hitler. I play my games how I want. I'm not going to waste my time teaching somebody who doesn't know how to do the raid. It's not my thing. I just want to get it done and move on.

MAKE YOUR OWN GROUP
-
Last week on the oryx challenge, I ran it 3 times with 3 different groups from the forums. We cleared oryx twice on the first run and once on the 2nd run. Lowest light in all 3 groups was 317. Good luck doing that with 305s. It's about odds and efficiency. Odds are a 315+ is gonna better at the raid than a 305.

The first two raids allowed for 3-4 above average players to carry the other 2-3 through to the end. The good players liked showing off and the time-sink was less and more predictable so it wasn't a big deal to help someone out. Now the KF raid requires all 6 players to function as a unit and cooperate, something that can be fairly difficult over a mic... Add in different people from different walks of life around the world and the communication barrier becomes even worse. Now most groups of 3-4 good players are more hesitant to take the risk of trying to teach/help an inexperienced raider. The outcome is significantly harder to predict and many don't want to risk wasting a night getting nowhere or taking 2 hours just to reach Warpriest. Anyway just my thoughts on the issue... they might be right, they might be crazy, or I might just be the lunatic you're looking for...

Self Rez hunter with tracking hammers required. Also require chatter white." Edit: New Reqs after my experience with last team. Must have defeated Randal The Vandal. Must have replaced ghost with Shank Ultra. Must have Patrol K/D of 27x10^12. Also need to have conspired against Bungie in their campaign of shutting down the new DLC Jaws: The First Shank in favor of something else nobody wants like Destiny 2. Also require payment of 1000 strange coins, 19 glimmer, 3 souls, and 1 gallon of children's tears for carrying you people.

Run with friends instead of randoms. If your friends don't even accept you git gud.

4 AntwortenBearbeitet von PhantomHuntress: 2/3/2016 6:58:46 PMI agree i did hard warpriest challenge on a 305 hunter w/ a 300 spindle and guess what... i did more damage than the 315 on our team did and i had to hold aura 1 time and him none.. 2 runs done 315 can shove it.

1 AntwortenThere are a ton of douchbags on Destiny with very little patience. It's not the game, it's the player base. And with the game dying its even harder to find cool chill guardians. They are out there but it's like rng.

7 AntwortenThat annoys me so much. Because I have terrible luck with loot... I mean, my highest helmet is 305! I can't get any better no matter how much I grind. Hard golgoroth? 311 chest... Hard sisters? 315 shotgun. And I can't even do oryx because everyone looks for 315+ so I get stuck with the others that nobody takes and we make a bad team. Despite learning all the tactics for every challenge too, I can't even be accepted into a good raid team. So I can't progress to 315 anytime soon.

Start your own party and invite what you want.

Although I don't support over requesting, people need to stop being lazy and go recruit on their own. Judging by all the replies, there would be enough people here to make a bunch of fire teams

Bearbeitet von Stea1th Vixen: 2/5/2016 1:47:31 AMSadly, it will always be this way Has been since VOG.. Luckily I raid with friends and when we need a LFG person when we are short someone, we don't do these so call requirements. My friends & I are various light lvl from 309-318 . I'm a 313 with malice Thank god I don't have to deal with stupid LFG requirements or I would never be able do this raid due to these LFG reqs. My friends & I are all yr one beta players, shockingly yeah we still play. [Only reason mentioned beta is the timeframe weve been around, not many of us left ) We've all maxed out lvls in every raid and raided a lot. We are chilled and never did elitist LFG threads. I'm 313 because I didn't care for this raid, I prefer VOG There are chilled players out there without high rank reqs, unfortunately you just have to keep looking or make a post

Did a hard run with a 307 mate and a group of randoms this week. Only issue we had was people leaving after warpreist because that's all they wanted to do. You just bad

I ask for 312 I'm being generous

4 AntwortenThey never get 315s. It takes them hours to find people because honestly who wants to play with elitist douchbags
-
I want the raid done and over with. not spent days or not even beating oryx on hm. Tried doing golg challenge on hm the other week everyone but me was under 310 most of the dudes -blam!-ing sucked. Even had one idiot try and convince people defiance is better then spindle. Now that I'm over 315 I can get the raid done on Tuesday with the decent groups
-
Light dont matter in the raid as long you can hold your your end. There is a post already about this and people don't learn. Between 315 and a 320 is a 14.25% difference in damage (2.85% x 5) someone did the math already but people already beat the raid with lower light charaters ( carry or no carry. Cant speak for them as I never seen how they play) i personally pick performance over light. It's not like y1 damage difference as it was like 30% between level 34 and level 35 crota hard. People are just people and they ask whatever they want as it is their raid. We can make a big deal about this but if you don't like how they post things... Find another group. That's all.

315+ must have gjallarhon

4 AntwortenBearbeitet von Rin: 2/3/2016 7:42:51 PMI agree. I see people in the help section that says doing hard mode fresh need 315+. There's no need to be 315 for Portal, Totems, Warpriest, and Golgoroth
-
2 AntwortenPhew! I thought this message might've been about me. But I makes posts for 319+ Light only. Close call though!

Here are my observations at least for heroic.. General: 1) Everyone should have a TOM by now if you are doing heroic. If you don't have it yet, do normal. It's situationally beneficial. 2) For Warpriest and GOGO a good sniper is more important than your characters light level. Meaning if you have a 315 sniper but are only 308, no problem. Speaking of snipers, do you have a spindle? If not, make it a point to get one next time around. While one can argue on the warpriest that other snipers can do more damage than a spindle, that's only true if you miss a headshot. One Gogo if you can't shoot him in the belly without missing you have bigger problems. 3) Totems on heroic can get ugly occasionally, I almost thing character light level is more useful here than on Gogo and warpriest. 4) Nightsisters. Refer to point #1. 5a) Oryx heroic - 308 is about as low as you can push it in my opinion. It got way more enjoyable for me at 310 and even more so at 315. Honestly 319 doesn't feel much different than 315. Are you a Titan? See point #1. Are ho not a Titan? See point #2 or have a good sleeper. 5b) Oryx challenge - all previous advice applies in 5a with the addition that I think 310 is a minimum. Trust me when I say you will enjoy it more. Also it's really good to have a few oryx heroic clears under your belt for the experience of it. Going two explosions of eight on a non challenge is good experience to have for challenge and makes going for 16 at once not a big as it might seem.

5 AntwortenPosts like these are created by 2 types of players: Type 1: Try-hard Elitists Type 2: Ones that want carries Type 1 is the cancer of the game that ruins what little fun there is left in the game Type 2 are just the lazy ones and/or from the entitlement generation.

To get it done as soon as possible! You have a better chance with people that have higher light!
-
What's the point when everything short of oryx is 310 and you only need to be 310 with 310 weapons to be doing full dmg there is no bonus dmg for out leveling an enemy
