Let me get this straight, you said it requires 5 wins, but there is a boon for a free win on your card...where did 3 more wins come from?

You don't need any wins really. Just complete 10 games and hope it drops

With all boons in place, win your first game, you'll have three wins on your card.... Win two more, you'll have five.... Keep playing and you'll get the bounties done, another drop chance from the gold package.... Flawless isn't even needed, no elemental primary weapons, who cares....
