Matchmaking not working as intended.
So it doesnt seem like the new matchmaking updates have made things any better. It actually feels like its gotten worse since last time I played Iron Banner. I played IB with a group of 4 yesterday and today, and we keep getting matched with teams that are way better than us, both in skill and Light Level. Everyone seems to be awesome snipers who cant hit a spark runner with a headshot while two other people are between the runner and sniper, shooting him.
Now I understand that their will be people better than me, it annoys me, but I can deal with that. The fact that it keeps matching us with these people who also have around 310 or higher light while the rest of us arent even 300 is annoying. And its a constant thing. Every match we get into we're matched with people like this. Sometimes we manage to screw with them enough to win, but usually its only once to every 5 loses :/

So, it seems a few people miss understood me. Yes, I know they're testing different things to see what works best. Im providing feedback about my horrible experience so they know the new system has some issues, and since the newest update says that the feedback has been mostly positive. Im completely fine with them testing new things, so long as they read the bad feedback along with the good.

Was thinking the same thing. I was having more fun with rift before they launched this update. Now I am being placed on terrible teams against teams of clan mates. It sucks

They're changing up the matchmaking to see what yields the best results. I've put my own experience with the different updates in [url=https://www.bungie.net/nl/Forum/Post/188986335/0/0]this post[/url]. You might have noticed the same.

They are changing around the way matchmaking works in the crucible and are switching it up to see what works better and if there are improvements. Do you read? All of this is in the updates.
