Bladedancer Sucks
Rant: Bladedancer is trash in PvP. I have died without getting kills five straight times today. I got killed by a Titan using a shield twice, a MIDA, a Last Word, and something else. Why do you not get an improved shield or anything with it? I know the Hungering Blade perk restores health after a kill, but that doesn't do a lot for me when I haven't gotten a kill. Stormcaller Warlocks are practically invincible with their super activated. I've unloaded on them countless times and they still just float their Emperor Palpatine punk asses over to me and I'm dead. So...thoughts on Bladedancer and why bringing a knife to a gunfight is useless? Advice on how to actually get use out of this super?
UPDATE: Been playing it without having Blink or Hungering Blade unlocked (maxed out my other subclasses (Gunslinger ftw) and started using Bladedancer only recently for quests). It sounds like those are huge boosts to the super and I appreciate the advice. Still, it seems like Bladedancer is pretty easy to kill, at least compared to Stormcaller. Just today, I shotgunned one and saw him get killed by a Fist of Havoc as he was swinging his blade in the next game. And I've still never, ever seen a Stormcaller get killed using their super.

I destroy both Stromcaller and Hammer of sol with Blade dancer , Bubble sometimes if they don't have someone wth them inside , Golden gun hard , fist of panic -blam!- off, nova bomb they panic as well and self res? lol they get demolished with it

1 AntwortenNever pop it in the open, grab cover 1st then pop it. Seemed to work better for me since the nerf, also bob and weave, slide and jump. Also this is what works for me not for everyone soo... goodluck.

First off, QuickDraw. Nuff said. Second. Blink towards your enemies, and pop your blade mid-air. It propels you forward. Don't spam trigger for swipes. Use blinks to evade

I love bladedancer. I feel that the arcbolt need a slight increase in Damage that at least brings down shields and bladedancer is awesome

I've killed storm trance users many times done with shotguns other supers and the last word (full clip kills them), blade dancer gains the same health as a stormtrance user when he activates his super.

Bladedancer is all about blink the rest of the subclass isn't the best. Since arcblade is a melee super it opens up for a lot of things to shut it down. Goldengun, nova bomb, Titan smash. All of these if activated correctly can stop a blade dancer no problem.

If you can't kill a Stormcaller with arc blade then something is very very wrong. In close quarters, Stormcaller should get shredded by arc blade. Obviously, don't take the direct route. Swerve, jump, swing sideways. Anything you can do to get close without taking damage is the best way. That or just use your super for close quarters only. You complain without even unlocking the best perks? Btw Stormcallers are not OP, all it takes is a snipe, fusion rifle hit, shotgun, heavy, or any primary. Its quite easy. [i]-ATullo[/i]
