Can't find a match with new matchmaking
I live in a highrise in a downtown of a metropolitan. My internet providers are limited due to my rental agreement. I am usually yellow or red bar when I play, but I don't normally get complaints of me lagging across the map. I have tried for 30 minutes to get a match in IB and it refuses to match me with anyone. I can understand attempting to get better connections for games, but the idea that I'm not allowed to play the game that I paid for is ridiculous.

If you have a bad connection, this may be why you are having issues.
