Worse Iron Banner ever and will be getting more worse.
Rift for Iron Banner? What the heck are you thinking Bungie? A mode require no skill whatsoever, need a whole damn fireteam to guarantee 30-40% win rate? You call that Iron Banner? And let me tell you some of my thoughts about your new matchmaking, F* THAT SHIT. You play game 10 minutes with your team only 4 players and their team 6? 5 6 minutes in 1 player join and he left because of our score behind theirs 5000. And what the heck is 2 Relic Runners? Players ate 2 sniper shot to the mouth still running around and die after 3 4 seconds, teleporting around? Is that lag? Is that what you call "These changes will be made in effort to reduce lag"? Good job Bungie, you have just made Iron Banner "trash".

4 AntwortenDude, you need to play the objective not staying back with your sniper. Help your team to get the spark and rush the other team. I like this game mode, for me it is not trails or clash where everyone is camping. You need to move MOVE

2 AntwortenI'm gonna disagree played the first few games then backed out found a new group played and stayed about 1.45-4.43 KD ratio (I'm not good at running the spark but I can clear a path pretty damn good. Even played one game before work to test the new matchmaking only had one guy red bar and it seemed to be back to old iron banner had no issues with it. But again I only played once after the switch so I'm not entirely sure. Feel free to let me know if it seems the same or more casual

1 AntwortenI guess I have been lucky. I really haven't had any issues besides being new to Rift. That was on me though so after learning how to play, it is no different than any other IB except Clash. If I didn't like something, I would quit doing it. Coming here to express yourself opens you up to all sorts of comments.

3 AntwortenTo those that says IB has always been tough on solo, rift is even harder because it has a greater potential to snowball. In control an enemy cap a point, you go kill them and immediately can rectify the situation. In rift, a good fireteam can gang up and distract or keep me from getting the spark. Once the opposing team picks up the spark, the best we can hope for is to even things out by shooting down the runner asap. Any progression toward the rift will net them more points. Am I still having fun playing solo? Yes. Killing things still counts and I will do my best to contribute. And it is more rewarding to defeat an entire fireteam. But the rep progression is much slower, that's all.

3 AntwortenIron banner has never been solo friendly, so what you're complaining about is old news, there's nothing wrong with Rift IMO. the real problem lied in SBMM but they fixed that and the experience is much better now.
