Is 1000 stare, over used or unbalaced?
I personally think that the 1000 stare is being very unbalanced in the crucible. In Iron Banner, Control, Trial of Osiris there can be a 80% that the opposite team all have a 1000 stare.
Im not saying to be nerfed, I just want more weapons that are the same damage as the 1000 stare.
Also is becoming over used
As an MMORPG player, I think we might need different weapons to use. I think that almost the 90%of the people used this sniper.

2 AntwortenAs it is only 1 of 2 high impact non exotic snipers in TTK, its no surprise that it's everywhere. And it has high aim assist and better scopes than Omolon snipers. Not overpowered, but rather it's competition is rather lacking so it stands out.

Overused. It falls into the best tier of sniper to use for both PvP and PvE, you can buy it right now for 150 marks with decent rolls (unlike the Eirene), and doesn't take up an exotic slot like Black Spindle. In year 1 you had a wide variety of snipers in the high impact category to choose from, but year 2 has been flooded with low impact instead. That's why you see so many 1000-yard Stares.

1 AntwortenIt's just overused. As for balance, in a 3v3 setting, why would you use a sniper that's not 1000 Yard, Eirene, Stillpiercer, or Black Spindle. In 6v6 you can roll with whatever the hell you want but in 3v3, I feel that those snipers are necessary to win if you are indeed sniping.

Just remember they give you one!! With amazing perks! Firefly, and last one Alive. Most snipers prefer the shortgaze. 1 shot Rez snipe with headshot. Simple as that. All the people using conspiracy d same way but you don't really care about that. People that are good with snipers are good because of space and mastering the skill. If you are like me you have been sniping since 2006. Halo dayz

sniping in general is to easy to do, no matter what impact nerfs or anything, in pvp its point and shoot, headshots are 1hit kill anytime. i think they just need to add sway and stuff.

I see more shotguns in crucible then snipers.

Its strong, very easy to use. I would have no problems with it if the special ammo was limited but in its current state you potentilly CANNOT run out of ammo if you try.

5 AntwortenEveryone gets a free 1k stare from a pretty much mandatory questline, and the rolls and scope on it are amazing. If you get a decent roll sniper rifle guaranteed by just playing the game,you are going to see it everywhere. Plain and simple. If you don't like someone sniping you consistently from a certain spot on the map. Throw a wombo combo on their face from a different angle and see how comfortable they are sniping from that spot anymore. Counter play... Hunter master race #yeahiwentthere

Definitely over used, but if you look for some aspect to nerf, such as aim assist, it wouldn't make any sense to lower it on one gun and not across the board. It's not the best sniper, just the most highly used.
