List here your problems that you really think are issues with Destiny Multiplayer. And don't say "everything" because there's some good things about it. For me:
1. Viking Funeral. Self explanatory.
2. Revives. There should be no reward for dying.
3. Special Ammo. There's far too much available.
4. In-Progress Games: Joining a game is not okay, even if you're on the winning team.
5. Hit Detection: I cannot count how many times I've melee'd someone without them taking damage from it.
Edit 1: the fact that some people think that VF Firebolts are balanced is absolutely mind boggling to me...
Edit 2: so my apologies, I didn't say that I actually love destiny PvP, because I just assumed that everyone would know when they saw my medal score as they went to check my stats to see my KD and say I have no right to complain because I only have a 1.2.
Destiny PvP is very fun for me. It's really the only reason I still play. Only having 5 things to be upset about is nothing because half the time I see people complaining about 30 things at once on this forum. The things I listed are my opinion on the issues, and really the Revives and Games in Progress are me going out a limb. Special Ammo and Viking Funeral are really the two worst things about Crucible for me right now. I'm not saying that VF needs a removal, but even just tuning it down to 3-5 damage per tick and reducing the number of ticks by no more than two, and then not letting Voidfang Vestments apply to Sunsingers. Then the perk would be fine. It would still be a very powerful grenade, but you really think that one shot from any non-auto rifle primary and then a VF/ToF Firebolt being able to kill someone is balanced? There's no way.

Hit detection especially with shoulder charge.

This game was not meant to be competitive or balanced (you should know this by how many nerfs were needed for PvP) quit trying to treat it as one and just play.
-
1. greatly reduce lag. this will resolve many issues. one being weapon balancing. the reason there is a set popular load out is to combat lag. a short time to kill weapon will help against laggy player. reducing lag will greatly improve game play all around. 2. better map design. too much CQB maps. this is why shotguns are so popular. 3. separate PvE and PvP weapon balancing. this alone will greatly improve game play. you can buff/nerf guns independently of the 2 modes without ruing them for the other mode. this will help with people using secondaries more than their primaries in PvP.

In-progress games are definitely an issue. I once joined an IB match, and as I was spawning, I just heard, "Your light was not enough, guardian. Better luck next time." I hope I have good enough luck next time to enter a match that hasn't ended already...

Revives are good I would broaden 1. to say that there are far too many grenades in general In most games, your grenade doesn't recharge every 30 seconds, you get one grenade so you use it wisely In this game, there's grenades everywhere and it's ridiculous

I didn't read the edits, tldr But I agree with the list completely.
-
3 is the only problem, i can get 23 bullets for my sniper and be full the whole game or at least not always+15 bullets. Imagine special only been use on critical situations, it eould be so game changing if only spawn one time in the game.
-
1. Unstable connections / lag / sbmm 2. dwindling players so match making for everything takes 276 years per match 3. constant nerfing / buffing - "every weapon type having a season" is not balance... that is basically the opposite of balance 4. people bitching about "OP" weapons/subclasses because they get killed... 5. the fact that there are actually people worse at crucible than I am - seriously, how is that even possible?
-
Only 2 are problems here. 4 and 5 are the only ones that are problematic in the crucible on this list.
-
I'm with you! I only play because of PvP. Although, I picked up faction quest lately just for some old grind...the old Destiny.. fun Destiny is dead. I realized this later than most. What happened to the awesome twitch boys and girls...nothing but PvP.

2 AntwortenTop 5 problems 5. Trip mines - only doing 194 damage and people just walk away from them 4. Storm caller melee range- its triple blink strikes range and if you punch them it goes threw walls 3.rezzing immunity- I feel that if you are rezzed you shouldn't have 3 secs of immunity 2. Loot - this has been a problem since vanilla destiny, in PVP you should get a higher % for doing better. 1. Hit detection- both from melee to sunbreakers to blade dancers the hit detection is off and bringing sunbreakers useable, blade dancer a hassle to use, and deaths because meleed don't connect.

I agree with 3-5.

I just cant believe people are still playing this game.. It used to be great.. It would probably be alot better if it didnt have this forums with everyone moaning on it..
-
I agree with viking funeral and melees. The rest dint really matter.

1 Antworten1. They already nerfed it 2. That's part of the game 3. They already nerfed it 4. I agree 5. They need to fix it

AM I THE ONLY ONE UPSET THAT BACKSTAB IS 1 HIT KILLING FROM THE FRONT
-
I think the main problem is how whinny and over exaggerating this community is
-
radar not tracking players correctly hit detection is off AOE for grenades and supers is pretty big. toning this down wouldn't destroy game should be penalty for everyone running around with shotguns. that is all other than the obvious glaring lag and switchers, there are moments of fun and feelings of vindication mixed in there amongst the rage

Joining mid-game might be a problem but what if people leave or lose connection. You wanna keep playing with 1 or more players less than your enemy?

1 AntwortenI can not think of anything to comment so here is a Fried Chicken and Waffles recipe.. Fried Chicken Ingredients: 2 cups self rising flour 1 tsp black pepper 3 eggs 1/2 cup red hot sauce 1/4 cup water Salt Garlic powder 2 1/2 lbs chicken pieces, bone in, skin on 5 pints peanut oil for deep frying Waffle Ingredients: 2 cups all purpose flour 2 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 2 eggs 1 3/4 cups warm lowfat milk (use dairy-free milk to make kosher) 1/4 cup melted butter (use margarine to make kosher) 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional) Condiments: Maple syrup Butter Hot sauce You will also need: 6 quart heavy bottomed pot Mixing bowls Waffle iron Paper towels Total Time: 35 Minutes Servings: 8 To Make Fried Chicken: In a medium bowl, beat the eggs, water, and hot sauce together. Reserve. In another medium bowl, combine the self rising flour and 1 tsp black pepper. Sprinkle the chicken pieces generously with salt, then lightly with garlic powder. Dip the seasoned chicken pieces into the egg mixture, then coat in the seasoned flour. Pour oil into a deep pot up to half full with oil, then heat over medium till hot enough for frying (350 degrees F as measured on a candy thermometer). Submerge the chicken pieces carefully into the hot oil. Let the chicken fry till crispy and cooked through. Dark meat will take 13-14 minutes, white meat 8-10 minutes. Place fried chicken on paper towels to drain off excess oil. Serve. To Make Waffles: Preheat your waffle iron. In a large mixing bowl, sift together flour, salt, sugar and baking powder. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the eggs, then beat in the lukewarm milk, butter and vanilla till well combined. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir will a batter forms. A few small lumps are okay. Pour the batter onto your waffle iron in batches. Amount per waffle will vary according to the size of your waffle iron. Let the waffles cook till golden brown and crisp. Total Time: 35 Minutes Servings: 8 Place fried chicken on paper towels to drain off excess oil. Serve hot waffles with warm fried chicken, warmed maple syrup, and butter on the side.

12 AntwortenRevives have a place in Destiny. This is a Sci-Fi shooter, the context is everything in this case. Joining in-progress games is a problem but it doesn't have a simple solution given how unstable Destiny's netcode is. You could have a player kicked by the system as much as a player leaving. Hit Detection is an issue and needs to be fixed. I don't main a Warlock but have no problem with VF Firebolts. Special ammo is fine as it is. They need to push inferno style game modes more than restrict special and radar.

3 AntwortenI agree with 4 and 5. Its mind boggling how you believe in 1-3

Even worse when you melee someone, they take no damage, get thrown across the map and then snipe you. This genuinely happened to me

5 AntwortenSunsinger has an entire subclass based in grenades and melee. The super is only grenades and melee. So it damn well better have the best grenades and melee.
