A Cabal or Fallen raid would not be fun
Hive and Vex have this magic crap to make beating their bosses hard. Crota could only be defeated by his sword. Templar couldn't e defeated unless you had the relic. Cabal raid? Basically just fighting fat things. Maybe the final boss has guns attached to his shoulders. So hard. Fallen raid? They are just really tall. Bungo would not be able to make it fun.
Edit: Bungo really needs to take ideas from players more some of these sound really cool

4 AntwortenBearbeitet von R0meo4125: 1/26/2016 5:06:02 PMIt starts with a cutscene: Above mars in a dust storm a cabal harvester comes in behind the shot as it zooms towards a massive ship belonging to the Cabal emperor ahead. Inside the harvester is you and your fireteam loading up ammunition and one is kicking a dead psion to check if its dead. Lights start flashing red, sounds of siren start to wail. A live image of the emperor is broadcasted throughout the harvester displays and all of a sudden an explosion manifests. Debris is sent flying inside and the harvester plummets under the massive ship. The raid: Your fireteam wakes up covered in red sand and is given a task to find a way inside the ship. Part 1: A nearby cabal outpost contains a lift that sends you up to the ship: Fight through the Cabal and kill the guards Protecting the entrance. It leads to a tunnel containing a lift. Hold it down and prevent cabal psions from re engaging the locks to prevent you from using the lift. Possible normal rewards: cabal themed armor and cabal upgrade material Possible hard rewards: cabal themed slug rifle of some sort. Inside the ship an open roofed deck which looks to be a loading cargo bay. Part 2: The emperor sends his elite units as well as 3 tanks that need to be eliminated. 3 tanks need to be destroyed using the target locator. The target locator is a weapon which grants you one air strike from Rasputin's weapons with the expense of a battery. The target locator use batteries found in dead collosus. Each time a battery is used, cabal infantry men with yellow health appear. You must kill all cabal after each battery is used and only 6 batteries will be granted to you. Once the 3 tanks are dead, the door which leads to a hangar bay opens up revealing a chest and a secret hidden exotic chest inside one of the docked harvesters. Part 3: il make this a post. 1 sec. Using an old mig 21 to fight enemies in a raid doesn't sound boaring to me

2 AntwortenSimple. Cabal final boss has armor that can only be destroyed by holding a series of heavy turrets, and once they're all off, you damage him until he throws on a new suit.

Fallen had HoW and Skolas which I wouldn't call a raid. Original leaked info was there was suppose to be another Vex DLC and possibly a Cabal DLC called Forge of the Gods. Something like that.

The cabal have very advanced technology, and are capable of massive destruction. Just look at the shield brother with the giant arc mortar. I imagine a cabal raid would be less dark and mysterious as hive and vex raids, less weird mysterious mechanics like with the warpriest, but emphasis on fighting highly advanced and destructive cabal officers with wit, quick reflexes and strong aim. Imagine a psion boss that teleports rapidly, bombarding you with arc blasts, requiring you to react fast and maybe do some mechanic to stun him. Imagine a colossus boss with indestructible armor except in the small of his back, and you have to work your way through the room, dodging rockets, to get behind him and hurt him (and do this multiple times). While I think there would be less mysterious, magical mechanics in a cabal raid, there's still plenty of potential for challenging and unique boss fights.

Fallen are my favorite species in game and I would LOVE a raid with them. Cabal, not so much. Phalanxes will always be my least favorite enemy besides fallen captains.

The cabal have gunned down and blown up entire worlds. Who knows what kind of technology/space magic stuff they've captured.

Imagine a -blam!-ing massive cabal mech the size of a building. Your running around inside a building as ges smashing it. You take out key spots to slow him down and have to jump to different buildings because hes knocking them down. Then people jump on the mech and need to do a totally different part of the boss fight and fight inside. Come on it could be awesome
