Edit 1: By the way, I did deploy twice, have ptsd and ciggs calm me down, im one who doesnt wants to live forever nor am I trying, id rather have a fun run dying of what I choose than sitting in a hospital bed shitting myself forgetting everyone and everything and dying of nothing
Edit 2: Im and adult and I make adult decisions, frankly, I smoke week, ciggs and drink alot of beer, sometimes all 3 at the same time

Not being facetious, but have you considered medical marijuana? Assuming availability, ease of acquiring, how strict local laws are regarding use, drug interactions, no risk of psychosis or triggering family history of schizophrenia, etc. MDMA is also starting to be used for treating PTSD.

I usually have a smoke midway through a raid, right before or after sisters. But if I'm doing multiplayer it's go to orbit. Not going to be that Oo free kill guy even if I'm so bad at it I'm pretty much a free kill anyway.
