Edit 1: By the way, I did deploy twice, have ptsd and ciggs calm me down, im one who doesnt wants to live forever nor am I trying, id rather have a fun run dying of what I choose than sitting in a hospital bed shitting myself forgetting everyone and everything and dying of nothing
Edit 2: Im and adult and I make adult decisions, frankly, I smoke week, ciggs and drink alot of beer, sometimes all 3 at the same time

I am trying to cut back on cigarettes. Don't want to live forever but life ain't bad and I don't want to leave too early. Now I vape half the time. I vape while playing destiny and it works for me. Everyone is different, but it is worth a try. I used to not be able to go an hour while playing without a cig, now my normal 4-5 hour sessions are smoke free.
