Edit: Please keep this post alive by bumping it. I have never seen so many people dissatisfied. Just take a look at the poll.
Edit 2: 7,226 respondents are unhappy with the weekly update as opposed to just 1,702 who respond that they are happy with it (as of 1/25/2016 8:36 AM PST). Worth seeing Bungie!

And I like rift. So, tl;dr, I'm good with it. (Edit: and if you've never seen so many dissatisfied people, you are obviously new here.)

Now if is affect/effects the money trickle they receive then yes...an eye brow gets raised or you may even get a GM to post in one of these useless vent-frustrations forums. Don't expect anything good from Bungie/Destiny without a $price$, Micro-transactions=effort. Blizzard has learned from the days of Old WOW...in game events amazing things like The Gates of AQ opening (one per server limited mount) extremely unique weapons or gear are gone sadly....6 months of effort for a DLC - then you wont hear from them for a year this is now the status quo..no choice but to deal with it or switch to a different game. /sad face

8 AntwortenI was super happy that the Scout Rifle was the next IB weapon and we'll be able to buy the PlayStation cloak from Saladin... But then I realized the game mode was RIFT, a game type that I was only good at when TTK first came out because no one knew what to do and I am typically good at adapting to chaos. Nowadays everyone's figured out that you call up your Raid Team buddies and treat it like a Raid, taking advantage of the fact that 8/10 times you'll be put up against a rag-tag team of randoms and easily be able to coordinate double-teams against them. Kind of puts people like me with no high-level Destiny Real Life friends at a disadvantage. Really not looking forward to it.

This reminds me of he old SOCOM forums back in the day when the game became a shell of its former self after 2 and zippers forums were relentless with the hate for years while they slowly ruined the franchise then went out of business, good times, good times....

If you're still playing, you got your $40 worth a month ago. Quit complaining and start looking for the goram silver lining in things EDIT: This isn't fun anymore. I'm tired of defending my opinion. Tear it apart some more or leave it alone. It's not worth it anymore.

i think that bungie its running out of gas, maybe the last measure would be made year 1 content adapted to year 2 specifically the raids and prison of elders.... because everyone wants to farm a year 2 vision of confluence, fatebringe, black hammer, etc....

4 AntwortenThey even said not to expect anything big or ground breaking. It's unbelievable how self-entitled some of this community is. It's a small live team that makes the free content, so yeah this is about what I expected and I'm fine. My entire life doesn't revolve around this game. I've got the division incoming, dark souls 3, and couple other games to look forward to. So yeah I'm fine with this, especially knowing that DESTINY 2 is coming. Do you guys honestly want them to spend less time working on that and more time working on a dlc?

The content has been so garbage thus far that the NEXT content drop could be SRL with like an extra horn and it would technically be the biggest thing we've seen. I'm just trying to lower my expectations sufficiently.
