A 320 ghost is the only thing holding back all three of my characters from the max light level. I have 27 full hard mode completions and several other totems clears. I have ranked all three characters to five in each TTK Iron Banner. The highest ghost that has dropped for me is 317. Why are ghosts not a 320 drop chance on any of the King's Fall hard challenge modes? Since ghosts are not a part of CM, why aren't there more chances for a drop in a normal week?
