Is it just me, or is it incredibly classless and dirty to wave off heavy then pull it when the other team has rushed? To me, it certainly is. I don't mind clever tactics, but explicitly lying in order to gain an advantage is dirty tactics.
Edit:
I'm surprised by the amount of people who think casually lying is a good thing.

1 AntwortenHa i love doing tht

It's Destiny. People here r trash. Don't change bro.
-
It makes me laugh how people make up their own honour rules and then complain when others don't follow them
-
26 AntwortenWhy the -blam!- is everyone so anti-heavy all of a sudden? -blam!- me, you shit turds literally need something to complain about don't you? Handcannons killed me! *nerf*. Pulse Rifles killed me! *nerf*. Shotguns, Auto Rifles etc... now it's MIDA (which I don't use, but I have no problem with) and heavy and snipers. You -blam!-ers won't stop until guns are removed and we're only allowed to run around tickling each other with feathers. Heavy is fine. As are snipers and MIDA - the better players will prevail, no matter what guns are the current 'meta'. Crying won't make you a better player.

I don't hate anyone more than people who saw it off and then take both of them as soon as they go down by more than 300
-
I hate when this happens

Do you wave in response? Because if you didn't. I would grab heavy.
-
1 AntwortenUse heavy but don't wave then pick it up or just don't wave at all.

3 AntwortenBearbeitet von Naharke31: 1/20/2016 6:08:21 PMWe waving off heavy now? You guys can wave all you want. I might even wave hi back but you better believe I am taking that heavy.
-
4 AntwortenPff. You can bet that I'm pulling the heavy. Idgaf what people are doing.
-
If you don't want to use heavy then create a custom match.i think heavy is balanced compared to special usage
-
Only bad players use heavy. My opinion. I wave it off every match or pick it up and don't use it
-
Looks like someone got tricked.
-
If someone waves, I wave back. It means "Hi, hello, how are you?" It's only polite to wave back. I'll take heavy.
-
I will never pass on heavy ammo unless I am intentionally setting up a sweaty match and I know the opposing team has good sportsmanship and is respectable. Otherwise I'm loading up my Objection IV and I'm going to make swiss cheese out of you.

Bearbeitet von Brockie: 1/21/2016 4:02:23 PMIsn't that basically being a scrub? I have a feeling this forum misuses that term... Not sure how I feel about the bluff/double bluff aspect but the solution is pretty clear: just use heavy and play the game as intended. Not everyone will play to your self imposed rules, but you can bet some player exists who'll exploit it. Those players will be more common in trials because of the severe punishment for losing. Whether they're being WAAC or not is up to you, to me they're just being competitive (WAAC would be like, lag switching or something). If I sent a message to opponents saying "No secondaries" I'm guessing they'd snipe me more often than not...
-
Though not honorable it is pragmatic to take the heavy ammo. There are no rules in war. To think otherwise is foolish. Also add in the mindset of people you play. Many people will play just to spoil others from getting to the lighthouse after they have been that week or others are so desperate they will use any advantage.

7 AntwortenDid this to a group during trials it was funny as -blam!-

1 AntwortenWaving off heavy but then picking it up is really dirty.
-
People have no respect, I wave off heavy they wave back and they still pick it up later in the round
-
This people are classless and should be banned for every activity in destiny (PVE and PVP). It's like fair play in every sport!
-
1 AntwortenI do it all the time. You got a problem with that?
-
Its a video game dude people dont have morals I can go on fallout and kill everything knowing they're only codes I dont feel bad
-
If I wave, I won't grab it unless they do.
-
I try my best to grab both heavies, and then not use it because nlb is life.
