Pvp tips
Post all your pvp tips here! The reason I made this is because lately I've been sucking A TON in pvp. I don't get why, I used to be decent. Can anyone help me?

Use tlw, thorn, or mida backed by a shotgun or sniper... If playing with passive weapons sit back... If playing with aggressive jump and slide a lot. Always back up team but don't bunch up... Try to get different angles on enemies.

Use whatever you want and any sub class you desire. Jump right into the crucible, no prior training needed. And just continue to run and shoot haphazardly. In the end have fun. Remember if you die it's not your fault it's the game. Also be on the lookout for cheaters! Don't be afraid to assign blame on the nearest enemy if you die too often!

Make sure you use appropriate weapons/year 2 weapons not thorn because only unskilled year 1 obsesors are using thorn!

Don't walk around corners, always slide/jump.

9 AntwortenIf their level box is pulsing yellow, they have their super charged. Running diagonally toward an Axion Bolt will cancel most of the damage. Shadestepping when bolt grenades (Arc, Fire, Axion) land in range of you will prevent you from taking damage from them. When in Arc Blade try to stay airborne as much as possible, as you will be much harder to track as you fly over people's heads.

1 AntwortenOn that striker get your armor up as far as you can and your recovery second. you can Titan skate and move around just fine. Use the last word over and over. Practice with it. You don't have to hip fire with it, ATS. I actually just started really using it yesterday on my hunter and I can tell if I get good with it that it will be such a better option than anything else.

Making use of grenades is key, personally I believe they are the most important part of the game. Gotta find a primary that suits you, for me it's doctrine of passing but trying to expand my horizon.

1 AntwortenI just learned from a really really good player recently is if you can, watch your past games. Record everything, okay about two to three games and watch for mistakes and learn from them. Dont play for hours and hours just to make bad habits. One habit I made was thinking I could always out snipe people by walking through doorways and not jumping or sliding. Good luck

1 AntwortenNever walk into a sight line at head level, always slide or jump through. Use AOE grenades to block off areas, entrances etc or use another type of grenade to prime targets, giving you the advantage in the gun fight. These are 2 basic tips that may help you die less and win a few more gunfights but if you want to improve in crucible you will need to watch and learn from top players. Best places to do that is mtashed on YT or triplewreck on twitch. Watch these 2 and pick up the simple things they do and make them a habit.

If you pay attention like me you will notice at somepoints just shooting and not strafing making you an easy kill.

3 AntwortenAlways be moving. Hop slide Sprint duck dive and dodge. In fire fights strafe back and forth to make it harder for the other guy to dome you. Always be moving. Learn to bait players. Certain grenades last a really long time and have tremendous reach. Lightning grenades and trip mines are great for this. Especially if placed horizontally in small spaces. Always be moving. Never go around a corner or enter the open flat footed. Hop or slide. Don't give a sniper an easy domeski. Always be moving. Learn the maps. Control the traffic lanes and push the spawns. Rule the match. Always be moving. The motion tracker is your friend but not your boss. Keep an eye on it but don't ever let it make your decisions for you. Always be moving. Wait for heavy if their are friendlies nearby. Take heavy if your surrounded by enemies. Always be moving. Always be moving. Even if your camping don't stay in ads full time and strafe. Always be moving. Move move move.

Sometimes a good retreat will keep you alive long enough to pop a triple in a farther spot. 5. Don't be the first to rush a flag that has even taken. 6. Speaking of flags, the speed it is taken will indicate roughly how many enemies are standing on it. PLAN ACCORDINGLY. 7. If you are getting outgunned, SWITCH WEAPONS. 8. Keep your head on a swivel. 9. WATCH YOUR RADAR! 10. Have fun. At the end of the day, that's all that matters. Seriously. Your stats are irrelevant. Did You have FUN?
