Stay the -blam!- out of the crucible. You make the game unenjoyable for everyone.
Edit: So I see I seem to have rub some people the wrong way. I admit I made this post while a little salty and maybe should have made the title a little more clear. So here you go: If you knowingly have a poor connection stay out of the crucible.
To the ones saying I don't know what P2P is I do. The reason I say stay out of the crucible is that if you are the host you will cause your team to lag due to your bad connection. Therefore making the experience for EVERYONE unenjoyable.
Edit 2: For those who are criticizing my stats. No I do not play everyday nor have I put 1000s of hours into this game. I have a life. I have 2 jobs, a wife, and a son who I put before video games. But when i do play I would like be able to enjoy it.

I usually use Wifi, and I've recently updated all my QoS priorities, so hopefully I can get a better connection. I put the router in a separate room, on top of a shelf, so running an Ethernet cable from my router to my console wouldn't look appealing/nice.

Bearbeitet von Simply Judas: 1/18/2016 1:24:44 PMI'm on wifi I host most games and my clan forces me to host raids. Edit: but I agree. I don't play much crucible but I don't want laggy disasters when I do

Need to get a life don't play crucible that much to many snipers perhaps you'll whinge about that next! Oh silly me you use a sniper rifle life sucks at times get over it! Ever thought it may be bungie s servers that are the problem but at the end of the day who gives a blam :)

Just buy a netduma router and you can really see how bad it is....

Seriously there are far more important things to bitch about so obviously it's not about shitty WiFi but perhaps an underlying issue with your wife or job something that causes you to feel lacking as a man or not in control of your life. So my suggestion calm your fat tits.

1 AntwortenI have an Xbox one and a 360. They are both hooked to 2 different televisions. My one is on WiFi and my 360 is hard wired. I have it this way so my kid and I can both play xbox at the same time. The room the one is in is to far from the router to be hard wired. Most of the time the WiFi connection is good but occasionally it fades a little so I'm not intentionally doing this. Last Iron Banner 1 match I played it was a little laggy and someone sent me a message with all kinds of filthy remarks and reported me. People need to get a grip it's just a game and things happen. I'm just happy my young son didn't hear all that filthy language cuz it was uncalled for.

4 AntwortenDoes anyone think that OP has these problems but just writes it off as someone else lagging?

I'm on wifi all the time and never have connection issues. Bam

I moving the PS4 to another room. I'll be on WiFi soon on Destiny...watch out for me :D Xbox One will still be wired for its better multiplayer games and online in general. So not to worry Xbox friends ^-^

Just putting this out there, being host does not make your team lag.

3 AntwortenPeople's attitudes here are beyond belief, it makes me feel to switch to WiFi & join pvp matches with every WiFi enabled device I own connected & slamming my bandwidth just to ruin your experience. All you people hating are self righteous, self entitled cu*ts. I myself am sh*t at pvp so couldn't really careless about it "your" experience, but will endeavour to play more & spam the daylights out if it hoping I'm in one of your teams. See you at the Crucible you jumped up Cu*ts.

It's not wifi. Or anything else, Destiny doesn't have good dedicated servers.

When my good wired internet gives me a red bar I hate the results. Best case I trade. Worst case I get blink shotgunned by a titan. I don't play pvp destiny on my Ethernet connected ps4 because of lack of signal strength. I usually play PS3. Occasionally it happens there as well. It only happens when my match made team has names in 3 or more languages. I don't understand why anyone would continue to cue games like that. It is the worst type of gaming experience for the red bar as well.
