Is ruin wings worth the exotic slot?

Yeah, it's a really good PvE exotic.

Recently I've ran raids with at least one titan with them equipped. My terminus rarely runs out of ammo.

It's the only exotic I run unless I'm in PvP. Best exotic IMO.

They are probably the best exotic armor piece for pve, yes out of all other classes exotics. Ruin wings & gjallarhorn was a very sexy combo
