How to fix xur door problem
Right I restarted game and had to keep reloading into reef and back to obit if it was closed after 6 tries yes annoying the door is open so might take a while but if you keep reloading into reef it will eventually open

It was closed for me. I ran a different game, started Destiny back up, went to the reef and the door was open.

Hi By going to orbit and rejoining the reef it probably going to open if not just close application and then sign in again.
