During IB i managed to get my hands on a hakkon's hatchet and decided to try out some different auto rifles. One has been the suros regime and for the most part I'm loving it. It's fun to use in the crucible...but then I go to pve.
I seem to run out of ammo really fast if none drops, so my suggestion would be add some more ammo to this gun; hell fabian strategy gets 600+ and hakkon's is around 450. Any other suros regime users get this problem?

2 AntwortenHave you got auto ammo on armor?

4 AntwortenThe stat bars do not match the impact on suros. How the heck could the hatchet do more damage quicker? It's honestly just silly. The suros should be one of the best guns in the game.

The higher the impact, the lower the reserve (and magazine) ammo.

1 AntwortenI agree but good god Hand Cannons need an ammo buff!! Every gun can be reloaded 8+ time with exception of Hand Cannons. For example imago loop get 55 bullets while it has 10 mag that equates to 5 reloads!

1 AntwortenFor pvp use "spinning up" For pve use "focused fire"

1 AntwortenI don't have to worry about running out of ammo. I just die before it gets low

Primary ammo doesn't seem to drop as much as it used to. Since TTK I have been forced to get armour with increased ammo for each of my preferred weapons...especially hand cannons others don't suffer so much.

2 AntwortenNever had a problem with it and I favor the spinning up perk over focus fire. I do run with extra AR ammo on my armor and I can't even remember running out of ammo. I have noticed on certain occasions in-game where no primary was dropping and getting low on ammo but a quick switch to my secondary and a few kills later and I was back in the black.

3 AntwortenBump. Same for hand cannons

2 AntwortenSpinning Up is the best thing to happen to this weapon....but that perk does goes through ammo like a kid with a handful of tissue paper and a runny nose.

Yup. I always run armor with extra auto rifle ammo for suros. But I agree completely, the ammo for it sucks. And it's been that way since day 1. It'll never change. They don't care bro. If they did, they would've changed it by now. Granted it is high impact, so less ammo is needed. But an extra clips worth in reserve would be great.

1 AntwortenI have made loads of posts saying the same thing. Suros regime and hand guns have no reserve ammo. Spin up on Suros is almost unusable cause of lack of reserve rounds. BUMP.

4 AntwortenIt's only a problem when I use spinning up. I use focused and linear compensator for max damage in pve and ammo isn't as much of a problem because it takes less shots to kill and you don't miss as much.

I use my Regime exclusively in raids. No other Primary stacks up. I don't even use Touch of Malice except in very rare cases. SUROS is a freaking awesome weapon. But yes. Does need reserve ammo.
