EDIT 3: Just a tip from me to you. If you have many legendary marks laying around, go buy some legendary chest engrams from the cryptarch; you never know if a Twilight Garrison is in one!
EDIT 4: 200+ replies holy smokes, keep them coming.
Also, I got an exotic chest engram on my first strike this morning…got Crest of Alpha Lupi. Fml.

I got the Twilight garrison from a legendary engram :)))))) its not the best, but it ain't too shabby. But I just got 91 3oC from Xur lol I don't even care about with exotic I get. I just use the exotics for exotic shards because I have so many exotics to continue infusing. The only one I have maxed out is the spindle! Next on the list is ToM, sleeper Simulant and raze lighter!

Got 3 from crucible with 3oc. It may have been a fluke but I reccomend trying it. We shall rule the skies!

I'm still missing both the new exotic chest pieces. When I use 3oC I almost never get a chest engram and when I do, it almost always decrypts to alpha lupi. At least I did mange to pull an armamentarium.

It's overhyped and not worth the spot. Armamentarium for PvP and Ruin Wings for PvE. In lieu of those 2 helm of St. 14 comes next.
