Thanks for increasing the thorn usage. Cant believe that thorn and year one weapons are being allowed in the tourney coming up. Cant wait for thorn to come back to the crucible again and everyone to be running around with overpowered rolls again. GG. That gun, no matter what gets done to it will always be amazing simply because it is the only gun that puts a DoT on a player, something that has no place in the crucible, at least not from a primary weapon. This is the one exotic that should never come forward. Ever, unless the DoT is completely removed. It's too good and is still way better than all the other legendary hand cannons as it easily 3 shot body shots. Bungie restrict year one weapons to classics for -blam!-s sake. If they want to go have fun with those broken guns, that you removed from the game for a reason, then let them in their own playlists or better yet, make some -blam!-ing custom games Edit 1: strong correlation between high k/d's and agreeing with this post. Also strong correlation with low medal score and low k/d with disagreeing with this post. Go hang out in any of the big PVP streamers like triple wreck and they are all using thorn again because that's all anyone is going to be using in the sweaty tourney. If you have a low medal score, maybe you shouldn't argue with players that have more play time in PVP than you have in the entire game. Edit 2: a lot of you are hung up on the fact that it is exotic. Just because it is exotic doesn't mean it should be better than the legendary weapons in the class. Bungie has done a good job with this with every class except hand cannons. (Gjallarhorn is an outlier) Edit 3: There are some of you that think the burn now functions differently in PVE and PVP now, which is most definitely not the case.
