Im not here to cry OP or Nerf Plz but i just think it's kind of saddening to see nearly half of all players use these three guns (MIDA, TLW, 1KYS)
you would like to think there would be a large number of viable options that arent these 3. I understand the thousand yard is the only realistic option for rez sniping but still.
Thoughts?
EDIT:
Just went flawless and ran into 2 team of MIDA/1KDS only and 2 teams of TLW/1KYS only.
Shoutout to the team we ran into that was using fusion rifles and the guy with the First Curse.

4 AntwortenTLW is pretty beardy after the buffs to HC but that's more a weapon problem than a weapon type problem. MIDA being so good is actually a reflex to snipers being used a lot IMO, a good player can take out snipers with a MIDA, although against a better player your chances aren't so great. The level of special kills in general is pretty worrying. They need to do something about that. Maybe lower the amount of special ammo each crate gives in Trials/IB so that you need to play more tactically to take and deny the special ammo, with more aggressive placement of the ammo spawns. Getting two sniper bullets a box would promote better accuracy and also prevent res sniping to an extent with people being more limited in the ammo they'll be carrying. Similar should apply to shotguns and they could leave fusions/sidearms with more ammo to encourage different weapon use. It would also be cool if you could grenade weapon boxes to destroy them. But that's a separate idea. If anything they just need to remove the ability to rez snipe from all snipers to make all sniper rifles more competitive against 1KS, which realistically is a great raid weapon (when you can't use spindle) and also a great PvP choice due to the rez sniping. This means people infuse them right up as their sniper, rather than having to make choices about what they'll have as high as possible. I run the IB sniper because it's a much funner weapon, even it takes three body shots against high armour targets, but it's head shots only JUST do enough damage to kill someone and not through overshields. Exotic primaries being the go to really just makes sense though... that should be your most used weapon and best killing potential (even though specials tend to be the highest realistically). A legendary secondary dominating to such an extent suggests that it's too far in front of other legendary options.
