To all my striker bros, is FOH meant to be an "I win" super?
So 4 huntards claimed I went full retard because I said
Stop whining, fist of havoc is meant to be a panic/I win super.
1. It's animation is fast
2. Perks literally increase your health while in the super to tank literally everything
3. It's an AOE with a single shock point

Sun singer
Storm caller
Sun breaker
Been right in front of you, you have the upper hand and they manage to panic super? None because they aren't meant to be panic supers. Their animation and abilities don't really allow to win 1v1 situations where they're at a disadvantage
Now how about against a striker or void bro?
Nearly every time I'm positive you guys lose because their armor double, and they jump right into their super, there isn't a real animation before they can use it.

They can be saved sure but it's not really meant for waiting 30 games to get a 3 pieces[/b]

1 AntwortenNightstalker is the most annoying panic super ever. Shooting from a reasonable distance? Have the upper hand? About to get a kill? Have teammates to back you up? Too bad. Get shot in the face while the enemy has 50% damage reduction. Think your teammates will get him? Lol nope. He has [b][i]THREE[/i][/b]. [spoiler]Quiver is so dumb imo, it basically makes Shadowshot a cross between Golden Gun and FoH[/spoiler]

Get people capping a zone Use it in choke points (usually can get 2) Heavy ammo Someone on the other team still has heavy Shut down other supers Snipers who like to camp Shotgunners who think shotguns are a primary weapon "Well im gonna get atleast 2 more supers might as well use this one up" Its gonna be like this until bungie buffs up the HoS a little

4 AntwortenControl match, Vertigo, Shaxx warns us of imminent loss, we're down by ~1000. We're losing B to the other team so I book it. Run up the corridor, lift and FoH for distance. There's 3, two back up and one charges. I slam right in front of the flag and pop the one charging- bing!. The other two come in and I catch a sword, but they're standing in my Aftershock- bing bing! Then another rushes trying to do..... something, and I get him too- bing! We win, thanks to my Panic Button!

2 AntwortenI have mained a hunter forever but when I use my Titan I never "panic" and I feel that's the case for most Titans as well. What you accomplished: 1. Kept a kill streak going. 2. Saved your own life from someone else. 3. Shut down a super. 4. Keeping that infinite multikill. 5. Saving a teammates life (if your actually that generous.) 6. Get revenge on a huntard who tea bagged you. 7. An epic shoulder charge/FoH clip for a montage. 8. Comeback in trials. 9. Slam that zone b. 10. It's one of best supers for all 3v3 or FFA playlists hands down. 11. It's great against all huntards hands down. (I'm telling you it does extra damage to them or something!) Personally I think FoH was always a good super. People just get annoyed by it cough cough huntards cough cough

It's useless against void bow as I just fired my bow at the ground then an attempt at fist of panic it promptly fails as he gets tethered and dies

I use it specifically to shut down other supers. It's the ultimate "Nope" button. I don't Fist of Panic anyone, but I do see it often and laugh.

I've only ever played as a hunter, and I would agree with you. I lost track of how many times I've shot a Titan with a golden gun (combustion and keyhole active) at the same moment they activated their supers. I've golden gunned a Titan before the animation even registered on my screen. They end up totally fine, and I die. I'm not complaining about it at all. I've done/seen the same to nova bomb warlocks, so to me they are exactly the same. Why there is no shield for golden gun hunters (during the animation at least) I don't know. But I'm not complaining. That's what the game is. Why would it be any different?

I call it Fist of Panic for a reason. I don't even mean it in a derogatory fashion. It's [i]supposed[/i] to be used in a pinch.

It may not seem that way on the other side but its always gonna be used in close quarters when I'm at a disadvantage or the obvious "I have a good grouping of enemies lets smash them" Some would call it panic, I'd call it using it smart.
