Blade Dancer is worse.

It's a support super it does grant you damage buffs. It's not really supposed to be use defensively

1 AntwortenIt's like ward of dawn. I know ward of dawn can be very helpful in PvP sometimes, but most of the time it gets shut down really quickly by another super. Shadowshot's tether can really help your team take out enemies capturing a point or something of the sort, but like you said, it's not optimal. Both are much better for PvE, lime you pointed out. I don't necessarily think anything needs to be changed about it, just leave it as is because it's very situational much like ward of dawn. Great points, by the way!

1 AntwortenThe super isn't always about getting kills. A well placed super can be a game changer in the right situation.

Bearbeitet von What I Look Like: 1/4/2016 1:27:55 PMNo, you just ain't using the class right. Everyone uses the smoke for poison, I use invis to flank. Playing objective based modes, this entire class shines.. The less people, the more fckd the enemy team is when your super is up. Even so, I have been doing exceptionally well this IB. Using invis right before I lay my black hole tether on the B flag where the entire enemy team is camping, rushing in with the Chaperone or chilling back with Stillpiercer/Mida . Lockdown perk makes vortex grenades amazing for area control, especially considering a well placed and well timed one will wipe idiots who think they're grabbing your zone because it perfectly occupies.. The whole zone. If you're looking for pure offense you're playing games wrong my friend. Also, relying on a Nova Bomb to stop a super is foolish because with a high enough armor spec and defense during super you can outlast it. FoH is cool for single kills in scenarios you may not have won for any given reason, doesn't matter. Tether has saved more games than I can count. That's just my two cents, though. Edit- also shines during what I call crunch time. When the game comes down to the wire (last 30 seconds or so) and everyone pops their super, you're popping yours and denying kills left and right. Have mopped up more than a few matches like that.

Sounds like you describe it as solo play. It requires communicating with your team. Do that and it's stellar

Stopped reading after the bit about chocolate bacon not being good. Anyone reading that, instantly knows you have never played a video game before

Support class ment for pve. Thats how I see it
-
1 AntwortenYou're a fool. Chocolate bacon is one of the best combinations ever made.

It is insanely effective when used properly, we used one last night to wipe and enemy Trials team for example. But don't forget it is an incredible PvE spec, which Hunters were lacking in Year One. Hunters have always been in the top % for PvP, now they have a balance.
-
I think it's ok. It has a quicker cool down than WoD and might not grant buffs but I use it for smokes and grenade
-
still better than nerf hammer

You're right The super itself is pretty meh in crucible. It's a pve super for the most part. But the subclass itself is pretty strong in crucible Vortex grenades Toxins Invisibility Shade step Keen scout The other perks make up for the lack lister super imo

Learn how to master it.
