Exclusive evade moves for each class
Hello everybody,
I am pretty sure that by now everyone has seen the evade ability of the Titans new exotic armor and how it gives them a much needed mobility overall that they lacked and Hunters & Warlocks already had. But when this came out for Titans I though why can't that be a permanent 4th ability, make it so it is useable in any subclass. Hunters can have a different style of shadestep when they switch subclass and Warlocks use blink in any direction without it replacing their jump.
My point here is if we do get another expansion or a sequel to Destiny wouldn't you think it be cool to be able to add a unique evade ability along with our jump ones to save ourselves in the last minute from an Aoe attack, melee, etc.. Granted I don't mind there being some 3-5 second cooldown so players won't abuse it but it can make survivability more fun and I would love to go around a corner and dodge the shot of that sniper hardscoping traffic lanes or avoid a charging shotgunner.

For warlocks, what about this? Not sure which slot it would be. call them...Matter Transduction Engines, or something similar. Exotic Perk:Energy Transduction. "When pressing O, O when airborne, the warlock becomes briefly immune to damage." How it would work - essentially, you'd become incorporeal for a brief moment of time. 0.25-0.5 second based on balancing. Your char would slowly drift towards where ever you were moving as if unaffected by gravity, and remain on radar and translucent visible. Cannot shoot or use abilities while active - just like TG. When it ends you gain a buff called Unstable Matter that prevents recast for 5-10 seconds.

3 AntwortenIt would be great if warlocks had some form of evasion. The majority of my phantom medals are on my hunter simply because shadestep allows me to take souls from within the shadows.

7 AntwortenHunters are based on agility. The 45 percent of people who think the other subclasses should have made hunters. It's in the game! Warlocks and Titans have their own strengths and weaknesses, Titan high armor and subclasses built on strength, warlocks built on recovery and low health loss, hunters built on agility and speed. Hunters are the only ones who need evasion moves!

Evasive rolls of some kind should have been in game right from the start. Other games have it. Allmost every enemy you face has some kind of evasive maneuver.

It is a counter to blink and shade step, so yes I agree, but it is already in the game.

Not meaning making one more OP than the other but they should concentrate more on class builds. Hunters should really be significantly faster and be the ONLY class that has an evade type of ability. Hunters should be able to have an assassination ability so any damage that enemies take from you from behind is increased. Of course they'd have to put some work into so it doesnt register wrong like back stab does sometimes. Warlocks since they are the mage types should be able to significantly buff their teammates whether it giving them increased health, armor, attack. I get that is on titan bubble but warlocks should have this ability and have it be significantly better. They should also have really strong charge up abilities, kind of like making their melee release like a fusion rifle charge. (That doesnt take a miracle to land a good hit) Titans since they are the tacticians of war and whatnot should be able to set up sentries and turrets, even call in vehicles. They should be able to set up bunkers and whatnot as well. If anyone replies please be civil, dont be one of those master race idiots that think im bias because i have 2 hunters. This is just some ideas thay i think would be cool to see in destiny's future.
