In terms of DPS, what does better?

Black Spindle is so much better on every boss, cause most of them (especially raid bosses) give you a time frame to hit them within.

Black Spindle normally, but a 1000 Yard Stare with Triple Tap and Casket Mag might be able to beat it if you have Raid gloves too.

Depends. If it's Warpriest and you have the right setup, 1KYS does more damage. You need Triple Tap and Moment of Speed to get all 33 shots off. It's a monster. I can also use an exotic Heavy. Golgoroth is Spindle all the way.

I have a casket mag triple tap Milligan 1k yard stare, was one of my first snipers and I've got it to 306 now.

4 AntwortenIf you're a good shot, Spindle. Even if you have the aura at Warpriest, Spindle is better. Pop 3 shot, kill a acolyte, pop 3 more shots. And you don't have to reload. Only way I can see 1k Yard Stare out DPSing Spindle is if someone had a God roll. Triple Tap Casket Mag But barely anyone has that roll (some might do but majority don't). Also, Spindle cam carry more ammo as well do that's a bonus. Overall, I would rather use Spindle on Warpriest and Golgoroth instead of 1K Yard Stare.

Black spindle does until you miss, I'd assume. If you have the God roll 1kys, then id imagine it'd start to take over.

Why is this a post?! Spindle does the most damage over every sniper, and 3 headshots reload the mag for you making THE MOST DPS ON A BOSS

5 AntwortenJust have the perk reload faster while in an aura, or with sniper rifles. Triple tap helps, means more dps than black spindle.

My 1k stare with bonus taken damage, spray and play, while wearing sniper reload raid gloved and standing in an aura isn't bad. But yes, the no reload of black Spindle wins.

I know everyone says spindle so I use it to appease them but I use ammo and fire so much slower than when I used my 1000 with spray and play and some mag buff perk plus sniper loader gauntlets with the buddy system perk

Really depends on the 1k stare perks i have a 1k stare and i also have boots and body that gives me 24 sniper rounds and i barley just barely if i hit all crits with all 24 rounds of ammo i out damage Black spindle by almost 75DMG which is not alot i tested (i may have missed 1 or 2 crits) and did the math so i can keep up with all black spindles users in the end and also it keeps me from having to use up exotic slot
