Hand cannons need to be able to complete with scouts. Edit: Due to the Rate of Fire I believe Hand cannons and scouts should compete at range. Autos should compete against pulses at close to medium. If Law breaking guns like TLW or Thorn come out. It should be addressed and not a blanket nerf to the whole class.
