Why not? With the way things are going, I wouldn't be surprised if Bungie does something like this in the near future.

Because they said "purely cosmetic" "will never be pay to win" no one should have an advantage over another player because they have a bigger wallet.

They can literally do anything they want in this game. It says so on the agreement you signed. They may have said that in the past but that doesn't mean it will stay like that forever.

The agreement you signed was post purchase of the game, once you broke the seal and opened it you could no longer return it to the outlet you purchased it from. Then you had no option but to agree to the terms that was forced upon you, Same goes if you purchased a digital copy. You bought the game before being forced into Bungies Terms of service without first knowing what you was signing upto. Eyes wide shut ?
