For the community:
We have enough stuff.
They made exotics easier to get. Get them from yellow bosses. Get them from racing. Get them from crucible.
Gave us sparrow racing. Get 320 helms because people can't get Rngesus to cooperate on the endgame boss.
Gave us challenges that gave us 320 drops guaranf'nteed.
Gave us a gift we want to crap in the box and spit in their face? Really? Really?, you entitled whiny milennials?
I know it's ok to have a opinion but please stop being ungrateful.
From those of us that have played games where you have to search for exotic/rare/hard to obtain items(Final Fantasy Knights of the Round, PSO Sealed J-sword/Parasite Flow Gene/Guld Milla/Excalibur) we thank you.
Thank you Luke Smith for challenge mode and your honesty. Not pc but F pc they need to give you a rant show each week.
Cozmo thank you for dealing with the small percent of people that complain nonstop and are never happy. Also thank you for dealing with those that have constructive well though out arguments for change and improvement.
Deej thank you for dealing with the toxic 1%(if even that big) and keeping the rest of us on your minds.
Signed most of the community
Happy Holidays and thanks for all you do.

64 AntwortenThis guy doesn't speak for most of the community. Most of the community has already left. Notice how bungle touts 25 "million registered users" (whatever that means) but no one on your friends list plays this anymore? Notice how the lfg sites only have about 3,000 users on a FRIDAY NIGHT? Notice how long it takes matchmaking to find a match now? Deny it all you like, but the game is losing customers, left, right and center. If bungle had a healthy community, they'd post the number of active users, logging on daily. But they don't, for good reason, because the number is likely around 50,000. Not very good for a AAA game. Moat of us have left due to bungle's repeated lies and BS. The latest example? "Free content" where you have to spend $10 (half the price of dlc, which came with a raid and new missions) just to keep the rewards you earn sparrow racing. Yeah -blam!- you bungle, we're out and OP, you're the cancer allowing them to kill the game.

5 AntwortenJust so you know. The reason people bother getting on to forums and complaining is because deep down inside, they care about the game. They want it to be awesome. They don't want to see it go down the drain like so many other games because this game has brought them genuine fun, and that is something worth fighting for when the game developers do something that will hurt the game more than help.

13 AntwortenLol. If you think most of the entire destiny community feels this way, you're doing a great impersonation of an ostrich.

They give too much stuff I would rather hunt.... I liked the grind and the excitement of actually earning stuff

Sealed J-Sword. What a bastard that was to farm, still have my 100+ hrs character on my memory card. May have to dig out the cube again :)

20 AntwortenBearbeitet von Graystash: 12/25/2015 4:08:34 PMReally??? "Thank You Luke Smith, Deej, Cozmo and Bungie" More like F U C K Y O U Luke Smith, Deej, Cozmo and Bungie. Why thank these @$$holes and this terrible game developer (not in term of skill they are adequate on that part)? Luke Smith - Snide lying douchebag . Deej - Sarcastic lying douchebag . Cozomo - Somehow I don't have a problem with him, he seems reasonable in his posts. Bungie - Could easily win worst AAA game developer of the year for their handling of the game this year for: 0. Unethical Game Design. 1. Blatant lies (Deej and Bungie PR in general) 2. Grinding for the sake of grinding this is the new Light Level system (I expected grinding but this game took it to the absurd with RNG) - Luke Smith 3. Time gated bullshit - Luke Smith, Bungie 4. Reducing the relevant end game content by 70% with the taken king expansion (more like the taken king reduction) - Luke Smith, Bungie 5. Taking and then giving back exotics - all they required to be year 2 is to change the stats that is very easy to do in programming. - Luke Smith 6. Eververse, still relatively benign (like a cancer) but waiting for the other shoe to drop. - Bungie You must be so badly conditioned by Destiny (lookup Skinner box) to think that this is a good thing. Please do not fool yourself that the events that Bungie puts out are anything but a very cheap (for them) money making opportunity. First they did not innovate anything just re-skin things so you can buy for Silver which you cannot earn in game even free to play games have a way to give you their premium currency in game. Every item they sold for those events is overpriced (most people agree that SRL record book was overpriced). Looking forward to see what other fun events we have in Year 2, I mean what other money making schemes Bungie comes up. Anyways I had to respond because of how irrational this post is unless you work for Bungie and are doing some PR. P.S. Remember that this game requires other people to play with, for most of the better content you cannot play this solo; so consider the fact that the better moments of the game come from the other people playing with you, not this game.

1 AntwortenThankyou for charging full price for a falsely advertised 2 year beta... Thankyou for your community being a bunch of fanboy butt lickers who would sacrifice their pets for a cup of luke smiths saliva. Thanyou for giving the majority of your players lowered expectations as you community repair and build your kickstarter game. Thankyou

Oh look another person sucking the dick the devs hand them. You still got some semen on your face.

My Grandfather smoked his whole life. I was about 10 years old when my mother said to him,'If you ever want to see your grandchildren graduate, you have to stop immediately'. Tears welled up in his eyes when he realized what exactly was at stake. He gave it up immediately.Three years later he died of lung cancer. It was really sad and destroyed me. My mother said to me- 'Don't ever smoke. Please don't put yourfamily through what your Grandfather put us through." I agreed. At 18, I have never touched a cigarette. I must say, I feel a very slight sense of regret for never having done it, because this post gave me cancer anyway.

Lol, next time you should just drive to Washington and crawl under their desks to show them how grateful you really are...

Well if they fix sunbreaker and make it useful again I would be at their side.

Thank you kind guardian!! I wish more people like you were in this community, then maybe it wouldn't be so toxic

Finally someone thanked them

This game is dead till September so who cares

Thank you DeeJ and Luke Smith for making making nightfalls no fun, and for "challenge" modes and giving a high AA value to high impact snipers, and giving the god roll on conspiracy theory as a quest reward, and making Xûr useless for anything but collection purposes... Shall I go on? tl;dr the game is not perfect and they've -blam!-ed up some things already in it so moral of the story don't speak for everyone toolbox

4 AntwortenEA was voted worst company of the year after that Mass Effect 3 ending debacle. What Activision and Bungie did with Destiny, in my opinion, is even worse than that. It wouldn't surprise me if Activision was voted worst company of the year this year...

1 AntwortenSpeak for yourself. No one voted you ambassador of the destiny community. Just because they've got some things right with ttk doesn't forgive a lot of the things they've gotten wrong...

Bearbeitet von U8328438: 12/26/2015 8:28:27 AMDo you like bending over for a company that calls $5 emotes Micro transactions? You probably suck their dick swallow lick the balls and say thank you Daddy after they skull -blam!- you Grow some balls

I speak for myself. Not the majority or the minority. Whether it be this Destiny or Destiny 2: I want dedicated servers for PVP. Lag has seriously determined games. I want microtransactions to be merely a cosmetic addition and less so an endgame leg up. I want bladedancers hit detection fixed on its super. I want trials to be all week long. I want spaceship battles. Maybe even quick ones while we fly to our destination. I want to switch weapons out in orbit. Not have to use my phone or tower. I want a ten page vault. I want sparrow racing with a buddy. While I drive, he shoots a turret. Or vice versa. This will make sparrow racing all the more enjoyable. I want customizable emblems or shaders. Instead of the amount of exotics we have, I want it potentially in the thousands. Thanks for the game. Try not to run it into the ground.

It's really funny that they criticized Martin O'Donnell for driving a "negative discussion" about Destiny, when they've actually done a better job at that themselves. Look at all the hate that pops up when someone makes a post like this. It wasn't O'Donnell or Staten creating the negativity, it was just going to happen as a result of their policies and Luke Smith making idiotic statements and calling the player base psychologically inept. The majority of people are not represented on this forum by the way. There's no way to actually know currently how Destiny is doing because Bungie hasn't released numbers and when they do release numbers, it's always some super shady number that no one can truly understand. Like 25 million accounts created. That means nothing about how the game is currently doing or if the majority even still play.
