Honestly. The amount of times people have been dreadful in crucible and being rewarded for it is unreal and really annoying... It has to stop

I don't pvp much, but doesn't your score affect your crucible reputation gains? Even if it doesn't, good pvp players will clear bounties faster, gain ranks faster and get loot from packages not to mention the faction exotic class items much faster than bad pvp players. I do think though that effort should be rewarded. Giving the top 3 players an extra roll on the loot table for example?

2 AntwortenSo what u r saying is if someone gets stuck in a match they can't hope to compete in and they stay til the end of the match They should get nothing. But someone lag switching to get first place should get rewarded. It's not like they have any say how the match making works and if u are getting first you obviously don't need the gear. Cry babies. Fricking cry babies every where.

Bad players are rewarded because they suck. Its a way to help them out. U being good is its own reward. U dont need anything if youre good. Youll make shit work regardless. Plus rng can be a bitch lol
-
I've been getting good rewards (and bad ones) on all places - it's RNG. What I found out that the longer I stay in match making the better the chances are. Stop leaving games right after the finish screen and wait for the matchmaking to come up again. Worked for me in SRL and regular crucible.

Don't reward the good players. It causes elitism and forces bad players to fall even further behind. See, it doesn't matter where you are on the scoreboard, top and bottom both have their downsides. If someone at the bottom gets something good, think of it as a charity case, the game giving something good cause it knows they suck. Don't be one of these "I'm so good so I should get all the good loot" elitist asses. That's not to say they shouldn't boost the top 3's loot chances slightly, but leaving others behind is a shitty idea.

Make it stoooooOooooOooOooOoo0p!

Reward bad players but make it better chances for the good ones

3 AntwortenIf you don't reward bad players, they won't play crucible. If they don't play crucible, there goes your cannon fodder. Maybe that's a crude way to describe it, but it really is that simple. Good rewards for good playing are reserved for Trials of Osiris.
-
Its RNG You only notice the last legendary situation more often because Confirmation Bias Just As often middleman or *gasp* first gets legendary loot, but no one cares or remembers
-
4 AntwortenI started screenshotting it everytime last place gets a legendary and I get nothing in 1st place. Got about 20 screenshots.
Honestly. The amount of times people have been dreadful in crucible and being rewarded for it is unreal and really annoying... It has to stop
Ridiculous. This already exists; it's call "trial of Osiris". Everyone should have the same chance at drops, period. Assuming they play the whole game start to finish. A winner could be rewarded something EXTRA, perhaps... But not prevent the lower placed people from getting a chance.
-
2 AntwortenIt's been this way since yr1 and they do it on purpose. If the loot table weren't set up like that and only winners got loot, people wouldn't play. Very simple. If they didn't award loot to everyone across the match, those folks that aren't that good at crucible would not want to get their butts kicked for nothing, and have no incentive to get better at it.

Bad at playing the game or bad attitude with a sense of entitlement? Which is a bad player?
-
This is the statement of an Elitist . RNG rewards is what gives players a chance to be competitive regardless of their experience.
-
Bad players spend more money on the game than good. Why, because there are simply more of them. This will NEVER happen in Destiny.
-
2 AntwortenYou're right. Someone with an average 15 k/d shouldn't have worser rewards than someone with a 0.2 k/d.
-
Remember is performance based rewards... *coughs and chokes on the amount of wet sarcasm*

bungie is doing us a favour.

3 AntwortenAgreed. I'm not going to purposely play bad just to get the rewards the lesser players get. It's quite annoying being neglected for being skilled while watching the people you just beat receive the better rewards 9 times out of 10. Punish the good and reward the bad, excuse me but this is a hierarchy and your attempt at balance just makes things worse.
-
3 AntwortenHeres the way rewards should be work: 3rd place and above are the only ones who get legendary items and shaders. 1st place has increased chance for all rewards. K/D's less then .5 get blues and thats it even if they are in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd
-
1 AntwortenI agree. Only reward top tier MLG players that wreck noobs.
-
2 Antwortenpretty much carrying your team and only getting a few motes or coins is the worst
-
I agree I hate how the worse players get the best gear change the reward system so it depends on points and if I get a 100 I when get a engram which I earnt rather than I debailty came last and got.

2 Antworten
Honestly. The amount of times people have been dreadful in crucible and being rewarded for it is unreal and really annoying... It has to stop
its a random reward system based on how many hours u been playing that day if u play a lot ur gonna get better shit then someone that just logged on n played a few matches -blam!-tard

It's a game save your concern/anger for something that matters.

1 AntwortenI love getting a better reward than the player that kicked my butt.
