Are nightfall rewards for effort fair? My two cents and say no. // 373 posts and still no Bungie response. Time will tell.
Simply put. Two runs, and I get a 295 legendary helmet for my hunter (who's 313) and then I get..Lord save me, a 290 ghost shell for my Titan (at 303).
Yeah. I just got six legendary marks. Not. Worth. It. Pretty sure others have had the same luck -- or maybe have gotten lucky. But these -blam!-ing things? Shouldn't be dropping like this. It was like this last week, too. And, the week before. I've gotten now on total 5 vanguard shells from the last 3 weeks of Nightfalls. For the love of god y

Please explain how Nightfall rewards are balanced/logical for it's difficultly and time consumption? This is just outright stupid. For those who actually DO get blessed by RNGesus, glad to hear. But my luck seems to be in the shitter 24/7 with Nightfalls now. This is just utterly demotivating, honestly.
//EDIT: Fair to say everyone is (or at least 85%) extremely disappointed in the way Nightfalls are managed.

So as a prior individual in here said -- [b]I'd like to see a option to alter the difficulty to a 310 level, or maybe even max light level -- For superb difficulty, required coordination from fireteams (which would garner more community interaction and communication), Forced orbiting on wipe, and greatly increased (if not guarenteed max-level drops once-per-week with a high exotic chance) loot system drops for those who achieve victory. Does any of this sound feasible?[/b]
//EDIT 3: It seems most players have reached a consensus that Nightfalls need an added difficulty level and loot-table for higher light-level players -- Which would allow for the nightfall to remain mid-tier gameplay to allow growth into Raid-level capability, and allow for the higher-tier players who are so limited in their choices of progressing to max-light level (AKA, a 310 light level difficulty). Would this be beneficial to the community if this was implemented?

Make them more difficult and give us better rewards they should be 300 light activities imo

Just did 2 runs. Ive seen 2 imago loops drop,, 3 marks of the undying mind, 4 exotic engrams, two of the them for the same guy at the same time, and a pair of 310 ruin wings....Me? Ive gotten 5 rare engrams, 9 strange coins, and a 303 ghost on my 318 titan. Go -blam!- yourself bungie.

2/3 of the times I was dissapointed this week 2 ghost below 300 and all my characters are 318+

I mean im just going to buy 3 of coins because xur sells crap. But for some chance he actually sells ram and twilight garrison...I'll be ready

I've got crap for weeks and yesterday I got the Hereafter 310, my fireteam got 19 SC and a bit of armour at 305... That's quite good drops. Usually I get... A legendary at 300-305

I got a 293 Ghost. I decided to not run it on my other characters.

Nightfall this week gave me a 295 ghost I'm 318 so that helped alot lol. Another guy got a shitty legendary and the other got nothing.

So if you can finish it then the loots need to be rewarded appropriately to match the efforts and time we put in. You know each week how many times I have to do NF do help friends? 10 to 20 times.

I got a psion cloak last week at 300 it was better than my 289 ghost shell. I was a 314 hunter.

Really? I did one last week and got 309 arms. Its just a much broader loot pool so the odds of getting good stuff is "harder". The drop is anywhere from ~280-310, but then theres supplemental items, it seems youre being screwed over with those 294 shells, when youre actually getting and upper level reward. Also, reliance on nf to give good rewards is setting yourself up for disappointment. They might only come around once a monthish, but events are your best bet to get closer to raiding status

They pretty much nerfed the nightfall difficulty and the value of the rewards. I got 3 legendaries this week and 9 legendary marks. I would be fine if they sent you to orbit again on wipes if they actually had worthwhile rewards.

Normally I have always defended Bungie, but NF is just not providing the proper loots for the efforts and time we put into the game. Did 2 characters both got 297 ghost and 303 ghost, while I have 315 and 317 equipped. I'm debating if I want to waste my time to get another ghost.... ah
