If a team is trying to get flawless then they should try to get the best player they can. And while numbers aren't always the best indicator, they are certainly a lot better than just taking someone's word for it. Also, first you're upset that people are turning you down because you're a girl. People then point out that your stats suck and now you're saying you shouldn't be judge by that either. Personally, I don't care that you're a girl. I don't even care about your stats. I do care about the person behind the guardian and it seems as if the person behind your guardian is an attention whore who is using her gender (assuming you're actually female) to fish for sympathy.

Thats messed up... The first time I ever went flawless was with a girl from my clan on my team. She's a beast and I play with 3 others that are the exact same.

i hate people who hate for gender, age, voice tone, stuff we cant control. just the other day i heard someone tell a kid to go kill hmself because he sounded like a squeaker, that was way to far and i got the guy to 8-1 because i 'lagged' out, what im saying is dickbags like the ones you encounterd and the one i prevented flawless, should just stop its getting old

You might have shot yourself in the foot with that statement. First of all its their parties you join and its up to them to kick you. Unless someone is so specific telling you the reason of the kick is your gender then it becomes a different story. One way to avoid such situations is making your own party/group. Dont be upset about such a trivial and pointless thing.
