If sniping isn't a crutch...
If sniping is a skilled weapon, why can so many bad players with under a 1.0 kd do so well with any sniper? It's worse then thorn lol I'm not asking for a nerf but sniping has really lost its creditability at this point. Good snipers have no reason to comment. If you're good you understand the difference.

Nothing is worse than thorn. Thorn wouldn't have been an issue if that burn didn't exist. Thorn just would have been a cool looking handcannon. Everyone uses snipes simply because shotguns were just castrated

It's not a crutch it is a tactic. This is coming from someone that doesn't use snipers or shottys. People need to stop crying crutch and nerf. There are different archetypes for different situations if you keep getting wrecked by snipers you have a number of options. Long story short adapt and overcome. I typically run a scout rifle and sidearm combo. I do a lot of aggressive flanking and support for team mates. 1. Learn to counter sniper. 2. Learn to flank. 3. Practice being hard to hit. 4. Learn the maps know the common sniping corridors. 5. Learn to communicate with your team. 6. Use diversionary tactics.

4 AntwortenSnipers have basically stayed unchanged since day 1. Yeah, they got a tiny range buff, but not by a lot. It's the only gun that's been consistent for over a year and people slowly learned to use them.

You're point doesn't fully make sense to me. You say players with a kd under 1.0 and then say they do so well with a sniper. If they were doing so well they wouldn't have a kd under 1.0.
